Update tablet returned on 8/19/26 Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck? Would that suffice if this was the other way around? Terrible terrible terrible. My iPad charger broke off inside my iPad. I tried everything to get the broken off charger part out of the iPad charging slot, it would not come out. I went here on Sunday with a perfectly good phone,wanting to get my charging port fixed. Then they said that they cant fix the charging port without fixing the screen.Then i went there Monday to get my phone back and they had to run some type of test on it and they said it would only take a few minutes,then after i had been sitting down for around ten minutes someone comes out and says there starting the test now.Then i wait for around 30 minutes or more and they still haven't gave me an update.I then ask one of the workers how much longer is was going to take and she said that one of the other workers was finishing up the paper work so i can get my phone.He then comes out of the back and says that the test did not fully pass and that there not aloud to give me my phone back.And then i called them today(Tuesday) and they said that there still not done with it. read more

I went here to have my screen replaced, I got my phone back witht the screen still loose but saw no functional issues so i continued using it. Flash forward less than 2 months the phone drops once and the entire screen came off, only leaving a small crack on the phone but damaging the wiring resulting in the screen not working. To my surprise this would not be covered in the warranty also the screen came off as a result of an improper repair on the screen and battery. I have a insurance plan from yahoo plus phone protection by asurion to repair my phone. I called and was given claim number and told to take to this ubreakifix location. Which ibreakufix is owned by asurion so I was given no chose to take it here. I tried taking my phone four times and each time I took it they told me a different lie wrong imei nunber, screen they received was given to another person, they couldn't the right color screen for phone. I was told by three different people my phone was a different color. One said purple, one said blue and one said lavender. The imei number should tell them the color. I even called the last attempt on trying to get it repaired in the am and verified y=the screen was in and I told it was. I went there at my given appointment time and was told when I got there the screen was give to another customer but when I told the bald guy it then said that it was broke. Then one blamed they couldn't accept it because Samsung don't let them hold it in the shop overnight. Asurion and ubreakifix is nothing but a scam and add yahoo plus phone protection and it is a bigger scam. It is a shame the consumer has to go to through this to get a phone repaired. read more

Do not use this place! It should be named "you break, I break worse". Not only did they not fix my husbands phone. After they had to replace the screen twice, they completely broke his iPhone. After the first attempt to replace the screen, the screen was flickering and buttons would not work. So a second visit was necessary. The screen was replaced again. Which a few days later; the phone completely stopped working. A third visit to the store, not only did they refuse to fix what they broke, the manager refused to issue a refund for the screen replacement. My husband wasn't even asking that they reimburse him for the cost of his Iphone. And the owner hid in the back office for over an hour while my husband was asking the employee to speak with the owner/manager! A tiny little chip in the screen turned into the complete loss of an Iphone because of this store's incompetency. They aren't even registered with the SC BBB! This store apparently doesn't understand the concept of a contract/ purchase for services because if they did, they would understand that when a customer pays for a service and that service is not delivered, then a refund should be issued. And of course they are refusing to remedy the situation and claiming the phone was water damaged! read more
