This UPS store is on the smaller side, but the folks who worked here were very friendly & efficient. Parking access is pretty easy, but the parking lot is shared by other businesses nearby. Need to ship out a package? The Waipio neighborhood has a UPS Store just next door from Costco. Easy to find!

It was the Monday after New Years so I expected it to be busy with people returning gifts to Amazon. At 9:30 am the line was out the door with about 10 people outside and 5 inside. With only 2 reps working it went surprisingly quick. The third rep was helping someone at a table get a document notarized but after that she asked if anyone had just Amazon returns and was able to help them at the table. The reps here are very nice and efficient. Was able to complete my returns within seconds. All in all maybe waited 10 minutes from outside to being helped. Good job!

Normally I send my order to Office Depot for same day printing but I called and they said they wouldn't be able to print it that day. Then I went to Walgreens who said they're backed up 4 days. Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! P.S. they have USPS services for your mailing/shipping needs!

My motherboard and a few things broke in my PC that I built 4 years ago. I didn't have the time to…read morereplace or do a rebuild myself so I got in touch with Korey from Nacron Productions to do a PC rebuild. Our first interaction was very helpful and he got me quoted pretty decently and had a set price for the rebuild. From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. Korey did an awesome job with this rebuild, entire setup was clean, cables were very organised, and he gave me specs and even offered advice on how to make the rebuild more efficient. He delivered the PC back to my house and the rest was history. Highly recommend Korey for all your PC needs. He really knows his stuff.

Korey responded quickly and got my desktop up and running again. The value of the work is incredible--I expected to pay an arm and a leg, but it genuinely feels like I received more than I could have asked for. My computer came back not only running at 100%, but also cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom.
