They will split your appointment into two talking about deep cleaning, take you to the front office to check with the insurance. The front office staff will print out a statement showing you that insurance covers both services, and you get to pay for anesthetic which is $10. The day I went for the second cleaning I had to wait for a long time because of technical difficulties. I got done and I could not pay the $10 and the lady said they would call me the next day. The following day, a call came in right at the time when they were to about to close, and a statement had been sent of $200 plus. I called and somebody stated they had closed, I asked why the statement was sent after close time if she had nobody to answer my questions, she told me to pay tthe $10 then would have billing look into it. She explained that they call insurance, but they do not know what will be covered. First of all when they sat down with me on the initial visit and informed me that insurance would cover everything that was a LIE. The staff on the line said, I should wait for the claim to come back, and they do not know the timeline, alternatively I could just pay the statement balance $200 plus, they lied to me, falsified information and just wanted it paid, this is like STEALING from people. The only resolution being offered was, I am sorry. They know very well that if you do not pay, after a certain time you will be taken to collections, spoil your credit and still get paid. This is very unfair to people and I think most people do not even check how much they are being told to pay and they just charge the card, and continue falsfying information. Save yourself the headache and get a genuine, trustworthy place.

She is the most down to earth medical professional that I've met! She really takes her time getting to know her patients on a personal level, which is nice. Regarding the service, she always makes sure that you're comfortable and doesn't force you into any procedures that you don't want/need. All of the staff at this office are great! They're all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's so fun to hear the staff laughing and having fun while you're there; it's clear that they like each other and doing their job as a team. I've been to other dentists and they've attempted to get my gums numb to fill my cavity and they never could which attributed to my fear. Dr. Jones tried a different way to numb and it worked. Despite this, my entire half day was wasted before they completed my cleaning. Six months later, I returned for my scheduled appointment only to be told I had to complete the same small X-rays or "take my business somewhere else." although they already completed panoramic X-rays. They wasted my time at both appointments, as if I didn't have work or other responsibilities. The lack of professionalism, communication, and compassion was extremely disappointing.

I left my last dentist because she does not accept Medicare Advantage. I do have gum disease, however, my pockets have been holding steady at 5's for the last 20 years. Is it a coincidence that within one year of seeing this hygienist, my pockets have all of the sudden increased to 7's? I guess I'll never know the answer to that. My last appointment with them was for a cleaning in October of 2024. During this appointment Yer Lee (the hygienist), pierced my lower lip with her dental tools. It took approximately 1 1/2 weeks for the swelling to go down. Her reaction to the piercing was: "It's ok". My reaction: "No it's NOT OK". She also smeared fluoride all over my teeth (even though in my last appointment, I specifically stated that I don't want that treatment. After researching it, I found that the ADA states " Fluoride must be ingested, topical fluoride is ineffective". Plus, I have a bridge for my upper 6 teeth (i.e. they are fake teeth). Yer Lee is obviously not smart enough to realize that fluoride, even if the ADA had thought that it was effective, can NOT be absorbed by fake teeth. When I called to cancel my next appointment and ask that my dental records be sent to my new dentist, the office staff wasn't even curious as to WHY I was leaving their facility for another. Her attitude was almost as if they get lots of these requests.

My boyfriend had been to this place and had nothing but wonderful things to say! So I made an appointment. This place is located next to a parking ramp and has some limited street parking as well. (Free). Walking in the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. I was very nervous since it has been so long. I never felt judged once. I was brought back for my cleaning and the woman who cleaned my teeth was wonderful! She talked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable! Despite not going to the dentist for almost two decades, I only had one cavity! They looked at all the options and worked to save the tooth. You can tell they care about their patients and not just wanting to make a quick buck! Because they have all been so amazing, I now have both of my children and my boyfriend there as well! If you are looking for a spectacular dentist, are nervous about dental work, or just want a high quality experience, THIS IS THE PLACE!
