First, what a lovely town. So much to take in. And if you're in town, you need to stop in to the Cold Spring Coffeehouse. Delicious food and drink, accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere. The shoppe supports talented local artists by displaying their work, which also leads to an eclectic decor. The cold spring coffeehouse is so good I would go out of my way to stop in. We were hiking BREAKNECK ridge and will be back to explore more. You've got plenty of amazing hiking trails, as well as the quaint town with unique shoppes. Worth the visit! read more

I found myself in Cold Spring and decided to stop in for a coffee break. Nice and cozy coffee shop located in such a cute and welcoming town. I loved the area and the shops on Main street. I ordered my usual-cafe mocha with almond milk and a chocolate chip cookie for my little one. They have a nice array of desserts from scones, cookies, muffins and something that looked like a pinwheel cinnamon roll thing (sorry don't know what's it called.) We sat down next to a cool chess table which was nice while I waited for my coffee. My coffee was good but had a cold brew taste. Not sure if that makes sense to my fellow coffee drinkers. It didn't have much of a mocha flavor which was different but not bad. I tried some of the cookie which I have to add was really good. The outside of the place says Est. 2019 so they must be brand spanking new. I thought the coffee was good and the vibe seems very chill. Nice place to do some work or have a coffee break. read more

Baked goods are delicious! Staff is atrocious. I watched her pick her nose while making my coffee and when I was handed my drink I wanted to confirm what it was and she rolled her eyes at me. Nasty girls behind the counter and sour coffee. I recommend the salmon croissant. Skip the coffee and wait until the end to tip. read more

Everything I listed my mom and I tried, we were pleasantly astonished with the many choices of vegan goodies they offered. We called this morning to ask them if they would have vegan croissants, and when we actually got there they had many more options. So glad we came! Everything was practically 10/10 The croissants looked straight out of Paris, PERFECTLY flakey layers, such high quality! It's amazing that they are able to replicate the texture using vegan ingredients. The tahini cookie I think was actually my favorite!! My mom LOVED the brownie which was how a brownie should be, gooey and fudge like, not cakey! Thank you for keeping luxurious pastries authentic and vegan available! Stopped in here after a long hike. Literally had one of the best lattes I've ever had in my life here - and I have a latte pretty much every day. I sucked it down in like 5 minutes. Had a wonderful iced mocha latte here and a strawberry chocolate chip muffin that was so fresh and so moist, I couldn't believe it! Been wanting to visit this cafe since they opened and I was so happy to find a spot right in front and be able to go in. I love how they remodeled the space and how beautiful everything looks. Definitely a great place to grab a coffee and hang out for a bit. Love that everything is baked fresh there and that nothing tasted bitter or artificial! Absolutely ridiculous this coffee shops "rules". NY state does not require proof of vaccination to sit indoors, however this "establishment" feels like they have the ability and control to refuse paying customers to sit in the shop if you don't have "proof" of your personal medical history. Stopped in on a Friday night, when there was live music. It's a delightful little place with a very nice vibe. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The latte I ordered was excellent (iced maple), others in my party were pleased with their drinks as well. A trio was playing folk music so we sat awhile and listened. Whenever I'm in this area, I will definitely return. By the way, I was informed that they feature music on Friday nights and have an outdoor area for this. I'm in here several times a week. This is a locally owned business; the staff is thorough and the coffee is always right. I order the oat milk mocha and I'm addicted. All of their syrups are homemade. The pastries are incredible, Mia, the baker is the real deal and only uses the highest quality ingredients. I live for her croissants. They're REAL croissants. She also makes lovely gluten-free biscuits (both savory and sweet) and they often have vegan alternatives. The decor is great and the wifi is good. Such a comfortable hang out. They even have their own Patissiére on site baking authentic and delicious goodies! The coffee is terrific and the location can't be beat.
