Ordered an ice cream birthday cake online. You can't order over the phone. It wasn't intuitive but I finally managed to order a cake. But I couldn't find where to place the message I wanted on the cake so I called them a couple of days later. Ran late but they were nice about me picking it up. I rarely receive my entire order. Using both apps to order either GrubHub or Uber eats I would say both of them have picked up the orders, and I have not received all of it. I really like this cold stone. The staff has always been super friendly and doesn't rush you through deciding, even on their busy days! The shop is always very very clean, & I like that a lot. The location is awesome for me, it's only a few blocks from my house. Another awesome thing they do that most ice cream places don't do is they DELIVER!!! I was babysitting my baby cousins and they had a sleepover at my house with some of their friends and it just so happened EVERYONE wanted icecream, & I didn't have enough room in my car for 8 screaming toddlers to go get it. turns out they delivered. Definitely one of my favorite places to come for ice cream. They got a pretty decent selection for ice cream and I've been told you can make requests for other flavors. I'm usually get chocolate with m&ms with a dip cup with sprinkles. My girlfriend just gets the cup of cake batter ice cream. We normally come few times a month when we're feeling the itch for good ice cream. I'm considering ordering an ice cream birthday from here for her in the new future. I tried something besides the usual ice cream in a waffle bowl(which I LOVE) and got the Brownie Lava Meltdown. would recommend it to ANYONE.
