I never asked for graham crackers. When I told her that, she said, "Oh, I thought you did," even though I clearly didn't. Another person in my group hadn't even ordered yet, and the worker skipped right over her to start helping the people behind us. When my friend finally did order, the worker had an attitude. We visited in the late afternoon on a weekend day and the store was completely empty. That is always nice when you are ordering something to be freshly prepared. There were two people working, who greeted us immediately. I was in the mood for chocolate but was debating on a chocolate, pistachio, or coffee milkshake. I went with chocolate. I believe hubs ordered a milkshake for himself but I cannot recall what it was-he finishes food so quickly! In my milkshake, I had chocolate ice cream, brownies, and chocolate chips. I like Cold Stone a lot. I don't come here that often so it is a real treat when I do. It wasn't busy when we were here recently. We were helped right away. I enjoy creating my own dessert with all the different toppings. I always order the Gotta Have It because I can take home part of my dessert and enjoy it the next day. I love their Rocky Road creation but often just order chocolate ice cream with whatever topping I am in the mood for that day. You will never get bored here. The store is large with a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors, toppings, and ice cream cakes/sandwiches neatly displayed in cases. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, and prepackaged ice cream. Seating is not allowed inside, but you can enjoy your sweet treat in the seating outside. Customers are required to wear their masks upon entering and should be 6ft apart while waiting in line. There were two friendly employees preparing the customer's creation of choice in a timely manner. I ordered a Tall Dark & Delicious cake from Cold Stone for Mother's Day. It was really that easy to do online. The cake was ready as promised on time. In the past, I have gotten her a Cookies and Cream cake that was outta this world. But then she wanted to go back to her beloved Baskin-Robbins cake. This is my favorite Cold Stone location in the area. Parking is easy, the staff is friendly, the wait is never too long, and the location is clean inside and out. If you have never been to a Cold Stone, it is an ice cream joint where you pick your base flavor (probably about 20 to choose from), then pick your toppings (probably about 20 of these to choose from as well). They also have pre-made flavor concoctions if you do not feel like being creative at the moment. My kids love to pick their stuff, but my go-to is Birthday Cake Remix. The ice cream itself is good. It is better than Dairy Queen for me, so I can't complain about any of the ingredients. I read some people complaining about finding random ingredients in their ice cream, but I look at this as a special surprise when it happens. They make your ice cream on a frozen stone right in front of you, so it isn entirely possible that they may pick up a few sprinkles or maybe a gummy bear that could have fallen in the wrong bin at some point throughout the day. Being that they make it in front of you, you can watch the entire process. This makes me feel comfortable about the cleanliness. Also, there are times when 2-3 people are making desserts at the same time, so a random chocolate chip may end up in your dish. It rarely happens to me, but it's also not upsetting to me. This location is sort of hit or miss. I have been there a few times and although they don't seem to be as efficient as other ice cream stores, they are ok. They have a nice variety of flavors and the portion sizes are pretty good for the price. I think that they should have.a few more non-dairy options. They seem to only have weird flavors in non-dairy and only one or two of them at a time. My main complaint is the line and the time it takes to get your order. They need to come up with a better plan to move people through the line. I went here about a week ago and there was only one family ahead of me. I waited approximately ten minutes before I ordered. I couldn't believe it. With two employees and only a small amount of customers, the line should have moved much more quickly. Because of this, I don't come here a lot. I do like how they have coupons and as I said, the prices are fairly competitive with other similar establishments. Awful experience with the girl with dark hair and glasses. I ordered a cheesecake fantasy but when I got it, it was barely mixed and there were barely any toppings.
