A great dessert option in Weston Town Center! I thought of Lucciano's as a gelato place, but they have a lot more as well. They have ice pops, chocolates, paletas, and other dessert options. The ordering process is a little confusing. You tell them what size gelato you want and pay at the register first, then after paying you tell them what flavor you want. It's a little backwards from every other similar place; it's not bad, just a little confusing at first. After sampling a few flavors, I ended up getting a small with a scoop of brownie dulce de leche and a scoop of coconut. Both were incredible, and the coconut one had actual coconut flakes in it. My whole family was happy with their orders as well, and they had dairy-free options for my lactose intolerant husband. It was delicious, great flavor options, and nice and clean. Sadly, I have a MAJOR problem with the ability to digest dairy, so it was a major plus to see that they offered dairy free items! I got the Vegan Chocolate sorbet and added a scoop of the mango sorbet (per my daughter's request) what do you know? Mango sorbet paired wonderfully with the chocolate! It was a nice fruity touch to even out the dark Chocolate. Service was friendly and there wasn't a long line either. I can't express this enough but Lucciano's is hands down my favorite gelato spot in town. We stopped here for the first time about a year ago. We were walking around and stumbled upon Lucciano's after having dinner around the corner at Yum Korea. Lucciano's is located in Weston Town Park, next to Graziano's. The space here is very modern and cool. You can't miss the neon signs. When you walk in, you'll notice a cute pig sitting on a bench in front Lucciano's. The pig is like their mascot. It's a cute photo opp with your gelato. They offer an abundance of gelato flavors and also popsicles as well. They also have specialty desserts, such as coffee shakes and such. The pistacchio gelato is hands-down my favorite flavor! The first time I had it, I was in heaven. The flavor was on point. The texture was smooth, creamy and a firm gelato. Absolute perfection, I've sampled a few of the other flavors, but I always come back to pistacchio. I've been to the location in Sawgrass Mills too. That was a disappointing experience. Their gelato was too soft and not good. When I mentioned something about it, they said "that is what the texture is supposed to be like". Too soft and not firm whatsoever. It was like eating a melted down ice cream. Dude!!! The staff was a bit rude and not willing to help or accommodate whatsoever. They really turned me off. Needless to say, the Weston location is go to spot for gelato! My kids, love it here. They've had different flavors, ranging from lemon pie, chocolate mint, dulce de leche, and passion fruit. I love the vibe and decorations found here! You can see it is a very clean and has a sharp design. The lighting and black and white checkered floor make this place a total vibe. Plus, what a cute picture station! The staff is really nice and greeted us when we came in. Even though there was a line we didn't have to wait long. I had mango gelato and it was uh-mazing. My daughter had a strawberry popsicle and my husband a hazelnut chocolate gelato and theirs tasted really yummy too! Will come back here. Very very good gelato. We came here after my dad said the lime gelato was the best he's ever had. I don't know that it changed my life, but it was really good and really refreshing, and I would definitely get it again. They don't just have gelato, they have popsicles and other sweet treats. Lucciano's Weston is as stunning as all their locations -- stylish, vibrant, and buzzing with energy. I visited on a Saturday night with one goal in mind: try the Dubai chocolate flavor. While it didn't totally win me over (I'm not the biggest fan of chocolate-based gelato), the pistachio paste folded into it was incredible. Lucciano's looked like a cozy ice cream shop... or gelato shop? We loved it. The first thing you notice is that there is a wide enough flavor variety without becoming overwhelming, AND they have both your regular cone-or-cup ice creams and paletas. The servers, while not overly friendly are attentive and helpful. Do you have ANY idea how rare it is to find a Passion Fruit in South Florida? There's no reason for it to be this rare... But Lucciano's had it. They also had a delicious mango, a bit too sour for me to enjoy a full cup, but in a smaller package it is delicious, and just jumped to may favorite mango ice-cream, dethroning my previous top choice, which I'm not going to name here but that is still winning on the pistachio Ice cream first place (though Lucciano's pistachio ice cream is a close third place, right after a very well known Miami Ice cream shop I love) The lemon pie with it's crust bits is also a good choice, And the Chocolate Sorbet which is almost pure cacao flavor. While I would give different rankings for different flavors in different ice cream shops, Lucciano's 1) should easily be on the top 5 on every flavor I tried there, and 2) as a whole, I think I just bumped it into my overall top three Ice-cream shops around. read more

A sweet spot in Weston Town Center. If you're craving sweets and like gelato or gelato ice pops, Lucciano's is a great place to satisfy that craving. Came in for dessert after a meal; the inside is clean and super bright, especially in juxtaposition to the gloom outside as it rained. The service was super friendly, helping me decide on what to get. I ended up getting the Oli King which is a king flavored ice pop, coated with Belgian white chocolate, and some stracciatella in the shape of a paw. It was good and definitely decadent. Gelato is really good but not to die for. Also a bit pricey. The variety of flavors is awesome and also the design of the place makes you feel welcome and it's pretty cool. It's located in weston town center so usually parking is tough; however, you will find a soot even if it's far. I tried the Dulce de leche and pistachio Dulce de leche I was expecting a more filling flavor. It could've had a bit of more Dulce de leche taste o feel it wasn't amazing Pistachio: extremely good and refreshing I also had a cone you can order also in a cup. Decided to stop by for an after lunch pick me up. No one was in the shop so it was a quick transaction. I enjoyed that they had an array of different options available. I decided on the passion fruit cheesecake and it was delicious. I got a size small cup and it ended up being $7.28. That's pretty pricey in my opinion but I enjoyed the cup until the last drop. Stomach-turning ice-cream, and not in a good way, I tried, passion fruit, and strawberry flavors, it tastes like fruit juice from publix, the ones that are like 20% fruit and 80% artificial? Exactly those ones, not a hint of fruit in there, clear artificial flavor, this is my first time coming here and thought we were going to have good ice-cream, with exemplary presentation, it even looked good, but God was it bad, the dulce de leche one was horrible too, didn't even taste cold? How's that possible, and it left a really bad after-taste. One of my favorite deserts is Gelato. It is cold and refreshing, a wonderful way to end a meal. After having Italian food Gelato brings me back to my trip to Italy. That being said Luciano's fits the bill. The portions are an adequate size. It is nice they allow flavor mixing since it is usually difficult to pick just one. All style and no substance!! The interior was so chic and a pretty addition to Weston Town Center, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. I'm usually not super particular about service, but the staff here was completely confused. Some people in my group had common food allergies, and the staff couldn't provide any info on whether the items I wanted contained nuts or dairy. When I asked them to find out, their response was that they could not and their manager was too busy to answer them. (So half the group ended up without a dessert!!) Also, small detail but they barely have any to-go packaging, and it will probably melt on your way home. Overall the gelato itself was okay and absolutely not with $20+ for 3 items. read more

Interesting experience at this place today. The location is really clean and service was initially good. I enjoyed my ice cream pop and my friend liked her ice cream cone. We both felt it was expensive compared to what we've typically had in Weston but we're willing to pay for a good product so it was fine. When I finished my ice cream, my sister texted me and asked me to bring a cup of ice cream home for her. She's legally blind and can't drive, so of course I try my best to bring her whatever she needs/wants when I'm out of the house. I asked for a small cup of ice cream to go and they informed me that they don't have any lids. So I asked if they can use one of the plastic milkshake/smoothie cups since it has a lid and higher sides and there won't be any risk of the ice cream spilling over in my car, they said no. I told them that if they use a larger ice cream cup then I won't be able to fit it in a cup holder and it still won't have a lid, they didn't budge. I asked again for the milkshake/smoothie cup with the lid and they informed me that they can't put ice cream in that cup. I left without any ice cream. This is one of the issues when you have owners or franchise managers that aren't present in a business, and leave a store to be attended by high school students that don't have the tact to work with customer requests. They'd rather turn down a sale. What would you do if your sister, daughter, mom, or any other loved one asked for a cup of ice cream? I ended up leaving with no ice cream. It shouldn't be my responsibility to try and come up with a solution for them. Shame on the staff. read more
