Apparently there's a special person who makes them. I was surprised that a supervisor doesn't know how to make an ice cream sandwich and only the ones premade are available. She was rude and lied about going to the manager who wasn't there. I won't go there ever again. read more

I used to love coming to Cold Stone Creamery - Old Cutler. It's the closest location to my house and I never had an issue before. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have completely changed that. The service has declined to the point where it's just not worth visiting anymore. There is one employee in particular who has helped me multiple times and is consistently rude. On my last visit, my "Like It" size was about 25 percent ice cream and 75 percent toppings. When I politely asked if he could fix the portion, he dismissed my concern and said, "This is a Like It," then continued on without trying to help. Customer service matters, especially at a place that used to feel fun and welcoming. I would rather drive out of my way to visit a different location than return here again. read more

What do you know, I happen to be right by one haha First of all, I've been going to Cold Stone Creamery since the first one that opened in my hometown, Boca Raton. Sadly, all the locations there slowly kept going out of business, and I honestly never understood why. Due to that reason, it's been a really long time since I had it, so you can imagine my joy when I learned that I was two and half miles away from one! I absolutely love their ice cream! It's so rich with flavor, creamy, and just delicious! No matter what time of the evening I order from Uber Eats, it's always cancelled by you. The excuse is always "that you don't have what I ordered." And coincidentally, 5 minutes later you disappear from Uber Eats. I have had this happen 3 times and I then need to order from another Cold Stone. It's not distance since I live 5 minutes away, off of Old Cutler. So I don't recommend this place because of poor service and/or lazy service. I called on Wednesday to reserve an ice cream cake for a birthday party on Friday. Just a precaution, as we have walked in and bought straight out of the case before. I was told that I had to order online. Okay. So I ordered the cake online early Thursday morning. Didn't receive and email until that evening saying they had to cancel the order, that they didn't have time to make the cake. For an ice-cream shop, the flavor selection isn't that wide, bit they do have a lot of toppings and different products. The service in this store is always good, and I have to admit that ice-cream shop attendants usually have it hard, forced to deal with me trying to decide what to order (except in Kilwins, there you order the chocolate. Period), so their patience is appreciated. I ended up getting the lava cake with coffee ice-cream, one with chocolate ice-cream for my mother and a cup of chocolate ice-cream for my father. It was all good, but not great. I'm starting to think that the best lava cake with ice-cream (cheap-chain-restaurant-wise speaking) are from Denny's, it's a pity they don't have the ice cream flavor variety. Anyway. It is a good spot to go and eat an ice-cream, but it lacks... My first experience in a coldstone . This location as been here for a while and I always fought the temptation . I decided not to live in agony any further and give in . My debate was with the churro hot dessert or the strawberry blonde . I decided for the strawberry ice cream and it measured up to my expectations ! The waffle cup is the best accompany and the medium size is actually pretty big for one person . Also, the dulce de leche ice cream is to DIE FOR . Service was surpringsingly outstanding . I expect to pay the prices that are posted, because I expect the service and product to be remarkable. There were two people in front of me and I waited about fifteen minutes. The poor girl didn't have any resources. They were out of waffle cones, apples, napkins, and who knows what else. Great ice cream, horrible service. Ordering online, through their website or a 3rd person app, is impossible. They don't even include all the topping on their own website!! If you call, they never pick up. You can tell after the first 2 times you try to call they'll intentionally send you to voicemail before the third ring.
