Tonkotsu Ramen and Passion Fruit Tea
    Illy I.

I ordered Yuma for delivery! I liked that the broth was separated from the noodles and toppings. The pork was cooked well and had great flavor. The broth was also very good. I really enjoyed this ramen! The passion fruit tea with passion fruit popping boba and mango jelly was so delicious! It wasn't super sweet and overall a great choice. I'm excited to try more from here!

This place is super chill and cute. This was my first time trying the noodles and I wasn't a fan. It's one of those either you hate it or love it. The staff was very patient and informative and just helpful all around. Told us what each thing was on the menu that we had questions about and gave great descriptions. I would definitely go back for the boba drinks lol

For those who know me, I am an admirer of ramen. When made right, it can drastically alter your state of being in the moment with every sip of the broth and every chopstick roll of noodles. When I saw that there was a new ramen restaurant just 9 minutes away from my apartment, I could not contain my excitement to try it, and immediately made it a point to have an early dinner at Yume Ramen & Bubble Tea just yesterday. The restaurant itself has more of a counter-style feel. Or a to-go type of business. Clean and tidy but definitely not meant for a big sit-down event. The tonkotsu ramen and fried gyoza that I ordered were presented in really cute compostable packaging. The pork belly, the ajitama (egg) and the noodles were all cooked to perfection, however, the broth was *puckers lips and kisses the air* exquisite. The fried gyoza were excellent as well. I didn't order any bubble tea but one of the chefs made a fresh batch of passion fruit tea and provided me with a sample, which kind of blew my mind - it was so delicious. Service was quick and the staff is warm and welcoming. I was not disappointed with this experience in the slightest. In fact, Yume Ramen definitely made me a fan in this one experience. I will be back very soon!

Super cool ramen restaurant! I ordered delivery and absolutely loved how they packaged the food. The ramen was fresh and the broth was delicious! They have a good quantity of meets and the bubble tea was so so so good!!! I will definitely be ordering from there again but I would also like to go visit the location in person soon!

Yume is very clean and well put together in terms of ambience and service. there seems to be a lot of good stuff to try apart from a fairly good selection of Asian teas. the quick meals - Ramen, donburi, appetizer menu deserves a 2nd or 3rd visit. We got the Thai milk tea and passion fruit teas and both delivered on taste and quality. we like the easy going chill and funky modern Asian vibes of this place. Definitely something to come back to in our next weekend mall strall.

This place is so YUME (yummy). The black garlic ramen is by far the best. The rice bowls are also delicious!! Boba tea is phenomenal and so are the donuts. If you want the donuts you have to get there early ish because they sell out fast!!

We decided to try this place although we found the ramen to be a bit expensive It was definitely worth It. As you can see in pic it's a pretty big bowl very yummy ! My boba tea was super yummy too perfectly made! The place is decorated nicely as well .. Cute little lunch place

I could see this place being one that teens would like, there is writing all over the walls giving it a grungy kind of vibe. Tea was very sweet and did not exactly taste like passion fruit (mostly tasted like sugar).

I discovered Yume after receiving a coupon in the mail. Had I known it had been here would've come here a long time ago since I'm always in search of delicious Asian food. It's located in a strip mall off US one near Quail roost Drive. Once you enter, you have the option of placing your order on the kiosk or at the counter. Their menu includes all kinds of teas such as bubble teas, special teas , ramen, rice bowls ( donburi), and appetizers. One of the dessert choices is mochi donuts. For this visit, we ordered a spicy miso Ramen, curry chicken donburi , a jasmine, pure tea and oolong tea and got a free cinnamon doughnut with our coupon. The food items were severed piping hot, the teas were fresh and the donut was out of this world. I highly recommend the location. It's got a cute, anime ambience. If the artist and you is wanting to come out while you're waiting for your food, you can write on their graffiti wall. On the upside, the portions were generous the food was very good and came straight from the kitchen to your lips on the downside there is seating, but not a great deal of tables so if you come at a busy time, wanting to sit, you may have to wait for a table. After placing our we sat at the table and waited for our number to be called.

Came here today for my second visit and had another great experience…read more We started with the shrimp tempura appetizer. It came out piping hot and was so good with the soy sauce on the side. I loved that it wasn't overloaded with batter, you actually got a generous amount of shrimp. At a lot of places, it's mostly breading, but that definitely wasn't the case here. My boyfriend and I both ordered ramen, and honestly, it was probably the best ramen I've had so far. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and it was a 10/10. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the pork was cooked perfectly! Tender, soft, and not overly fatty. I added some sriracha and it took it to the next level. My boyfriend ordered the miso ramen and really enjoyed it as well. The only downside during this visit was the fruit tea. We ordered three different drinks and they all tasted a little off. I first got the lychee fruit tea at 25% sweetness, but it honestly tasted like gardenia perfume.....No joke, I couldn't get past the first sip at all. Then tried the passion fruit tea at 50% sweetness, which was better, but it still had a strange aftertaste. My boyfriend ordered the strawberry fruit tea, and it tasted watered down. What's odd is that the fruit teas were delicious the last time i came, so maybe something was just off today. That said, the service is always great. I like that you can order either through the touchscreen kiosk or directly with the cashier. The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and it's a great place to sit, enjoy your food, and hang out. Will definitely be back!

Tasty Ramen in Cutler Bay has quickly become a neighborhood favorite. Tucked neatly into the new Publix shopping center at the intersection of Old Cutler Road and Marlin Road, it's pretty easy to miss it if you're not inside the parking lot already. The restaurant inside is relatively small, but good enough for small groups (3-4 people). I've gone alone a bunch of times, and ordered for take-out twice as much and the quality of the ramen is consistently good. The Tasty Ramen is my favorite. Broth is flavor packed and the contrast of the chicken and pork belly is delicious. Noodles are made perfectly too. I've also ordered the edamame (yummy), Korean chicken wings (so good!), gyoza (basic, but good), Lychee Tea (really tasty) and Curry Chicken Donburi (2 stars). Wasn't a huge fan of the Donburi, but to be fair, it was my first time ever trying it, so I may give it another shot, just to be absolutely sure. Service is good. The employees in the back work hard to get the food out quick so it's hot and fresh every time.

The Fried Calamari were HUUUGE and meaty and the flying dragon roll was so delicious, just also had a little more cream cheese than we'd prefer. The service was great, the food came out SUPER quick and everything was made hot and fresh and we almost couldn't believe how quickly everything came out. RESTAURANT: This location has been here for several decades…read more I have not been back for quite some time, maybe over ten years. It's nice to see that not much has changed. The aesthetic inside is still very true to the Japanese culture with small Japanese status and art work on display. There is a small sushi bar at the back corner and seating are available for small group parties. I am not a fan of carpet flooring. Located next to US1 and there are plenty of parking within the shopping center. SERVICE: The owners had been the same for many years and had always been very polite, as what you would expect with the Japanese culture. We came at very slow evening and we had the place to ourselves. My son was dissappointed to find out that the bento box was only available during lunch, but the server/greeter/owner lady told us that she can make it happen for him and that just made his day. She answered all of our questions and always had a smile on her face. She was very attentive as she was serving other customers as well as it got busy. FOOD: This visit, we had the shrimp tempura entree and the red scorpio roll and a chicken katsu bento box for my son. Each entree includes a soup/salad of your choice. The food tasted just as I remember from many years back. And I am just going to say it, they have the best tempura in Homestead. The portion size is good, very authentic and delicious. The red scorpio have my favorite tempura softshell crab. It's lighter compare to the other rolls with the fresh vegetable inside minus the heavy sauces on top and it look so vibrant with the colorful masago on top. The bento box for my son included a soup as well, with a couple California rolls, tempura veggies and the chicken katsu strips. The katsu was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Overall, this was a nice walk down the memory lane back to when I used to work across the street, we had a lovely dinner. I still believe that they are the best Japanese/sushi restaurant in Homestead. Very authentic from the service to the meal. Fairly priced and so convenient with the late hours. Can't wait to our next visit.
