Food: I wish I knew Service: piss poor Ambiance: to be positive, clean I walked in with my husband and my 1 year old. There was 1 lady behind the counter. She did not acknowledge us as we walked in. I didn't think much of it because she appeared to be working. She had just finished helping another party (1 adult, 2 children). We waited patiently to wait for her cue to order, to be considerate and respectful of her time. She never acknowledged us when we were standing right in front of her counter. There was a sign that read tap to pay wasn't available and to proceed with ordering online. Ten minutes went by at this point (no one else is inside waiting for an order) and I thought she was just busy. I proceeded to place an order online, to which I received a confirmation that the order would be ready 10 minutes later. We waited 10 more minutes. Right as the time was about to "expire", a single man walks in. Was greeted immediately and served immediately by the 1 lady. By this point, no one else was waiting for an order besides my husband, my baby, and myself. I confronted her after she completed his order asking for an update on ours and she had the rudest careless attitude as if I was an inconvenience to her. SHE STILL DIDN'T PROCESS OUR ORDER. We walked out with no ice cream. If you are a single man, lucky you. You'll get great service! read more

The ice cream taco was good. Experience not so good. I did not appreciate the way the store manager was talking to a very young worker while my daughter and I were waiting for our ice cream. I thought her rudeness to the worker was unnecessary. Her inability to listen to the worker while raising her voice was unprofessional. I felt really bad for the worker and told her to continue to have a nice day. The worker managed to smile with tears in her eyes and told us to have a nice day too. Finally had a chance to try ColdStone Creamery, and to say it was a letdown would be an understatement!. I was really looking forward to giving this place a shot... As soon as we walked in, we weren't greeted. But even worse, was the awkward look we received from "the girl with the long black hair" when watching her mix ingredients on the cold stone. A simple smile goes a long way! Instead she looked bothered. We don't mind spending $20 on ice cream, but this just wasn't what we expected, the chocolate dipped waffle cone was so stale, my grandma couldn't take a bite! Ordered online in Coldstone app and arrived at time that order was supposed to be ready (which was about 20 minutes after placing the order). One would figure that meant they started preparing the order as soon as it was received, but apparently that isn't the case. When we arrived, the staff had not even started preparing our order and customers in line, regardless of when they arrived, took priority over our order (again, placed 20 minutes prior!). Tried to cancel our order and get our money back, but they couldn't do it. I'm obsessed with the Birthday Cake Remix and came here specifically to get it in the biggest take home size available (called Everybody's). After the guy had already scooped out all my ice cream and put the sprinkles in, he says "we're out of fudge" and asked if I wanted caramel instead. It was like being shot in the chest. I could feel my heart shatter. At that point, I should've just said "forget it" but instead told him I'd take it with just the brownies and rainbow sprinkles. It still turned out pretty good even without the fudge, but it was definitely disappointing. Numerous times have we ordered Coldstone via DoorDash and 0 times have we ever received that order. It always either gets cancelled immediately or we get charged and then the order gets cancelled AFTER we've already gone through 3 DoorDash drivers. However, I think the ice cream is overpriced for the quality received. The second time I got my own ice cream out of the pre-packaged case in the front to carry out. *BAD SERVICE* The service is always slow, and the last time I went I ordered the signature chocolate covered strawberry ice cream and they left out some included mix-ins. I didn't realize until I had already left, so I didn't have a chance to ask them to fix it. I also asked if they serve pup cups and they said yes but then charged me for a "like it" serving of an ice cream scoop when all I received was a small cup of whipped cream, which is usually complimentary with purchases at other locations.
