Nothing wrong with this self-serve yogurt shop! They have plenty of flavors that you can mix and match. Flavors are arranged in nice pairings that you can choose to swirl together if you wish. There's a salad bar of toppings at the end which includes fruits, cereals and candies to add a little sweetness and crunch to your creation. My only caveat is make sure your eyes aren't bigger than your stomach... all those flavors and toppings add up and it can get a little pricey. Everything is served with a sturdy plastic spoon... most folks toss them after, but I like to keep mine as a little souvenir. Yogurtland is a fun place to bring your family for a fun treat that they can create themselves. They had so many different flavors and toppings to choose from. I ended up choosing the traditional vanilla tart flavor. You also had the ability to have a swirl of two flavors as well. Check out and service was quick and friendly with plenty of space for people to sit. There was ample space to park outside as well. The frozen yogurt, was of course frozen, they should have had a person dedicated to wiping the machines down instead of having messy dispensers. There was only one person in the front. This is my favorite yogurtland because it is so clean and the sides are always fresh. I always visit when they have their mango yogurt (which you can see what type of flavors they have on their app), topped off with the mochi! I find myself here at least twice a week with my 5 year old. It's clean, they have a sanitizing station and gloves for you, if you'd like. The popping boba is great and my personal favorite. I can say, they have some competition for me with Menchie's in Allen. They have much better toppings here but Menchie's flavors, particularly the vegan pineapple and vegan mango are my favorites! Yogurtland also offers a mango and a pineapple flavor, but they taste a bit more milky than the actual fruit flavor. For the most part, this place is awesome too. My goodness! This place smells like sewer!!! I walked into the Yogurtland thinking I was able to get the $5 cup (for Yogurtland Day) and was disappointed when I was told that it was "not here." Yogurtland is your typical self service froyo place. They offer a lot of flavors and plenty of toppings. Be sure to sign up for real rewards program to earn points on each purchase and to get free 3oz on your birthday. The employees here are all teenagers so customer service doesn't exist. Yogurtland is not my favorite froyo place but I will definitely stop by when I have a reward to redeem. I have never noticed cleanliness to be an issue as other reviewers point out. My first visit since they opened approximately two weeks ago, and it is not my last. In fact, I'm going to try to convince my parents to go back this very evening *wink!* I love the fact that I found a new froyo spot close to home. One that I LOVE. It's creamy, healthy and the toppings are incredibly fresh. Customer service is very friendly. What I love more is that the froyo tastes exactly how it's labeled. They currently have a pumpkin pie froyo and the sweet taste of cloves lets you know that you don't need to wait for Thanksgiving for some pumpkin pie. There's also blood orange, which I stole a scoop from my husband's bowl. It was like biting into an orange. Awesome. The price is incredible. $0.30 per ounce. A family of four each had their own servings of froyo for under $10. That's a first we've encountered in our journeys into froyo goodness. Two stars as the clerk was nice Lost three stars because the overpowering disgusting heavy scent of Fabuloso cleaner was gag worthy. We couldn't sit to eat. We left and ate in the car. I love their yogurt and that is all fat free! The flavor choices are great and they add new ones often. The fresh fruit is good, also. My favorites are Devil's Food Cupcake Batter, Peanut Butter, Madagascar Vanilla, Caramel Almond Bar, and Dragon Passion Fruit. I top mine off with a few fresh berries and small chuck of banana. If I was not watching my weight, you can choose to top off with the typical sprinkles and Ghirardelli Chocolate, Caramel and White Chocolate Syrups. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the large amount of teens and unsupervised children tasting the yogurt, on occasion without using the sample cups. I have never seen them be stingy with the cups and we go there at least 3/week. The sample cups are by the register, so when you walk in, take some so you can taste what you want before you buy. There are mostly young, but inexperienced college aged adults behind the counter and they do not know how to handle the issues regarding the unsanitary patrons. I would like to see an adult manager there to supervise the public at times when they are so busy the line is out the door, this seems to be the time when the kids are at their worst. Other than that, don't go there during the busy times if you want the place to not be "sticky" and overtaken by teens! When school is back in session, during the weekday would be the best time. And I have to add, most of the teens that we see are acting very well and just having fun sitting with their friends enjoying the yogurt and visiting. They have been very polite to me and my family and friends, but I have seen the few that make it look bad for the rest. read more
