If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Currently it's 7:40pm on a Saturday night can anyone explain to me why they are not making anything. I walked in and they asked are you just getting ice cream and I said yes...but with the fixing mixed in. "We can not do that bc the ice block we mix the fixing on is TURNED off." I said well no I want the fixing please! Sorry we can't do that but you can have plain ice cream as they are putting all the fixing away. I said why are you doing that if you don't close till 10pm and it's only 7:35pm. she just gave me a nasty look. I'm sorry but why would I pay for plain ice cream when that's not what cold stone is known for. Hopefully management will address this with their staff on choosing what they can and cannot serve. Who knew closing duties started 2-3 hrs before actual close time. read more

Love the ice cream but when you drive 30 minutes on a Friday night to find out they closed 30 minutes early, it's very disappointing. On Sunday my son went by there to get me my favorite ice cream for Mother's Day and they got it wrong. read more

I came in with my family looking for nondairy options and was pleased they had a few: raspberry sorbet or chocolate (made with silk almond milk). I tried the raspberry sorbet and it was excellent! The rest of the family's choices looked equally yummy. The store personnel were very helpful with our questions and in helping us decide what we wanted. The store itself was very clean and inviting. walked up to the door 15 minutes until closing , i understand it was late , however the door was already locked. we could see the employees in the facility messing around and laughing , kind of frustrating to see they weren't doing anything to clean up and also locked there doors 15 minutes before closing. we also sat in the car for a while before walking up , parked right out front , and did not see them lock the doors before walking up so i just wonder how early they close before the times posted. read more

It's my birthday. I came to Coldstone to use the BOGO free reward they sent me for my birthday. I asked the worker if the BOGO free would work with a cup and a cone, she didn't know. So my husband changes his order from a cone to a cup to match me. We both get Love It sizes and when we get to the checkout I asked if I needed to give her my phone number and she said the rewards system wasn't working, "sorry." They also tried to charge me for something I didn't get because they were careless. I pointed it out and she fixed it. I will probably just go to Braums next time, at least it isn't over priced for half melted ice cream and crappy customer service. This place has gone down hill. read more
