Super excited for this new location's opening! As a devoted fan of Disney's Dole Whip, I'm extremely happy that Menchie's offers a Dole pineapple yogurt. The interior is bright and clean, employees are very friendly and open to flavor suggestions. The toppings are plentiful and the bar is kept tidy. Went there yesterday (8/2/26). They were out of so many items. One young woman working really hard to check out people, clean, empty trash, restock, etc. very disappointed. It's always had all the yogurt choices available before. This time at least 6 were empty. Pretty expensive not to get what you want! read more

Yogurt was good but very expensive! Also did not appreciate being forced to tip on checkout. Why is a tip warranted when you serve yourself?

i love menchies and go there pretty frequently, they never have failed me up until i went earlier today. i showed up and the machines were completely down, it was spewing liquid in my cup and the workers didn't really say anything? it was odd they were turned off considering i went three hours before they closed. so i told them nicely abt it and the young girl said she would ask about it. i had no problem waiting so i just chilled out on my phone until another young girl walked out past me and started pressing buttons on each machine. i was expecting her to say "okay they're ready" or "just give it a minute" but she just turned around and started goofing off with a coworker at the front i was just standing there awkwardly cus i didn't wanna be annoying and mess with the machine in case it needed time to get cold or if it wasn't ready. she didn't speak a word to me. i eventually just got another cup and said "am i able to use it?" and she said "yeah" and went back to talking w the coworker. needless to say, the yogurt still came out liquidy and i didn't want to have to throw another cup away so i just took the L, added some toppings, and paid for the melted yogurt. i still love menchies and the staff are usually super sweet! but the girl didn't really show good customer service and didn't seem to know how to work the machines either so i was just a bit annoyed cus i was craving some menchies! regardless i said thank you and left! Really good fresh frozen yogurt most of the tastes are good I really like the chocolate one and the vanilla. Toppings were good blueberries were excellent the price is decent good service for the small place outdoor seating read more

The Frozen yogurt was AMAZING but... this was about 7:00pm February 8 2024 A very sweet woman walked in I looked at her smiled and the employees 3 of them looked her up and down at-least 4 times. They treated us amazing and treated her horribly Dirty faces because of her looks. This was ridiculous I ate my food and through mine away I lost my appetite from the disturbing way the girls treated this poor woman. read more

I love Menchie's. They're seriously the perfect pick me up. I love combining the tart yogurt & dole yogurt with what ever fresh fruit & "popping" or "boba" as some call it. Seriously so good. Best froyo shop ever! Delicious flavors, fresh toppings, and friendly staff. A must-visit!

The yogurt is still amazing but had an issue today. The person working the counter was extremely off putting. It wasn't the nose ring, it was 100% the FILTHY apron they were wearing. First time I ever thought the place "felt" dirty. Hopefully they will improve prior to my next visit Went tonight 2/26 at 7:52pm. They don't close til 9 but they were already cleaning 4 of the machines. If want to be gone by 9 then close at 8 so you can get out on time, otherwise stay all the way open until you close. Had to walk away from my grandson's weekly yogurt stop until they stop changing up their way of doing things. There is no reason to leave my kid standing by the door while I make his yogurt! The yogurt is good (expensive), the staff are rude. Went there for the 1st time a week ago to try it, I don't know if it's the manager or the owner, but the minute you walk in the door she says spray your hands (cleaner). Not hello, welcome or have you ever been here before, just use the cleaner, then you start looking for the cleaner (lady I have never been here before it would be nice to welcome me and show me where to start, with the cleaner I get it). Then she points to the cleaner on the wall, I being of some what intelligence figure out the floor plan and get my yogurt. The younger girl behind the counter is nice and takes the payment. Ok, maybe she was having a bad day, a week later I will try it again. A week later, NOPE, lady still rude, when I come through the door says the same thing! Very original flavors (the Peeps marshmallow is great) that are paired well for mixes. Excellent and innovative toppings (Peeps makes an appearance here as well) round it out. Menchie's is so yummy! They have a variety of froyo flavors, and quite a number of toppings (candy, fruit, sauce) you can add. They even have fun colored spoons (which are recyclable! A major plus).
