Did not acknowledge customers. They locked the door early at 9:45 while they were customers waiting outside because they didn't want to serve customers. When a customer walked in at 9:41 girl said oh really and started complaining in front of all of us. When we tried to order they did not listen and they were giggling and talking to other coworkers instead of paying attention. read more

Well I love this place it's The best ice cream. The only reason why I give it a for 4 star because customer service is terrible.

We were in town to celebrate the Holiday early. After seeing a movie, we thought we'd go to Cold Stone for ice cream. The employees working the closing shift on 11/23/19 were extremely unfriendly. There were a few customers before us and waited to be served. After the employees handed us our last ice cream at exactly 10:51 pm they turned off the lights and ushered us out. The store technically had 9 minutes left to be open and we were within that time frame. They took the chairs and moved them to be stacked away and glared at us for sitting down. There were also bugs in the store that my dad commented on having to kill and remove from the food area. We also noticed on our receipt they charged us for the size larger than we ordered. We ordered small (or like it) and were charged for love it sizes. Literally couldn't go back into the store to correct this because they locked it behind us. I am very disappointed with the idea that these employees thought they'd save a few extra minutes and get out early than let us literally walk out of the store with the lights on. I think we'll go elsewhere next time we think about getting ice cream as a family. read more

Busy, busy night, my wife orders after waiting for 15 minutes, but the teen girl behind the counter served her boyfriend, who was behind my wife first. My wife asks wth is with that, only to be given snarky attitude from the girl who was serving. Not only that, but then her boyfriend gets snarky as well! The manager cowardly does zero to rectify anything, and now my wife's night is ruined. Will never go back, ever. read more

This is a VERY nice cold stone. My husband love cold stone ice cream, we frequent one in Dallas. This Cold Stone puts the one in Texas to shame. They have so many options of waffle bowls and cones. The service was GREAT. I would give this location five stars except for the kids in the parking lot. Beyond that this is just a wonderful location. The only thing that cost them a star was that there was a rather large group of kids hanging out in the parking lot skate boarding. It was just not easy to get in and out with them, my husband and I watched closely pulling in. read more

The treat of Cold Stone is ALWAYS a good way to end the day. I have been to this one several times and have always been happy. This time the three "waitresses" were less than helpful. I only get to Twin Falls every six months, hopefully they will get some customer service pointers before November. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by a Cold Stone staff as my sister and I were in the Twin Falls store. I will NEVER buy from them EVER and it has tainted my view of the chain as well. The staff ignored us for a family that entered the store long after we did and then proceeded to help the "known" family before attempting to fill our order. It was unbelievable and rude. I did not purchase an ice cream dessert and will never walk in that store ...possibly any of the stores again and I will definately encourage my friends and family to boycott them as well. Maybe some snotty little girls need more supervision and customer service training. read more
