Discussed this with the owner and had been promised a refund and still, nearly 2 months later, have not received one. They are a fairly new business so I understand that some hiccups may arise, but 2 months late is absurd. It should only have taken 1 week, if that. Then they go away for nearly 9 months. So you gotta go try it, right? Missing the dirt cake or the banana cream would be wrong. I can't promise every cookie is a 5 star but usually 1-2 of them are. I had to get a box of 4 to get them delivered. I got two Pumpkin Roll cookies, a Raspberry Cheesecake cookie, and a chilled sugar cookie. The cookies are huge. I loved both the Pumpkin Roll and the Raspberry Cheesecake. They were both very unique cookie flavors and I love that they're delivered soft and warm. I had already had the chilled sugar, but it's really good too. I love that it's cold. The frosting is an almond frosting. I think this is the best cookie chain I've had.
