Today I went to the walk up window after a very long and stressful day and I just really want to shout out how amazing the gentleman at the window was!! I'm very far from home and had to spend a chunk of change I can't really afford to get a new tire to get home so I was already on the edge. Add on top of that I hadn't eaten in like 8 hours because the day got away from me, then I couldn't figure out how to get into the parking lot because I've never been to this town. I decided to just park and walk, which was a terrible idea because it was crazy windy and I have some sensory issues with things touching my face. I had a highly embarrassing little crying meltdown... The guy at the window with the orange shirt was so stupidly kind and made sure I was ok before I left. I felt like such an idiot crying at a coffee window, but his kindness really turned my day around. I don't know his name, but seriously thank you so much to him for not making me feel even more embarrassed and more importantly making me feel like someone cared. read more

Drinks were good the customer service was like 50/50 person who took our order was great it was when we approached the window the guy was rude slamming our straws tryna get us to take them sooner we asked if coconut was added to our drink bc when he read it back I didn't hear him say it so we asked nicely when he got rude and smart with us saying yeah I said that didn't I and then went to hand us our drinks an as we went to grab them he pushed them into our hands almost causing us to drop over 20$ worth of 2 drinks the place and environment are great it's just that one worker who ruined our experience at that location read more

The line at the drive-thru was pretty long which is the norm for Dutch Bros in any city they're in. So, if you're in a rush to go to work or anywhere, I can see why you'd lose your ish so, you probably need to go to a different coffee place that has an app and you could just walk in to grab your order. Dutch Bros may not have an app and points/ rewards program but they have extremely good customer service. They hire like the happiest, friendliest and chattiest people that take your mind off the wait. It doesn't hurt that the coffee tastes good. You have a choice of milk/ nut beverage. This location seems to have a more limited menu than I'm used to but they have the best ones and that's what matters. read more

I was passing by this town and really n ended coffee. I saw this place and decided to give it a try. The customer service was great. I ordered a caramel latte. The prices are reasonable and service is fast. My coffee was ok but a little bitter. It was not horrible just not sweet. I personally like sweet coffee. read more

Dutch is notoriously busy, and why not? It's glorious. Patience is required to get Dutch when it's busy, everyone knows that. But... ten minutes at the walk up window with zero acknowledgement from the staff is obscene and extremely poor customer service. Eye contact was made several times but nothing. Not even a comment. Extremely disappointed because the Dutch at home is on top of it. First time going to Dutch Bros on Blue Lakes Blvd last month to get a drink for a friend. Customer service was great! 5 stars for them. Because I had never been there before, the the gentleman who waited on me showed me the menu and took time to explain the drinks. Very nice experience! Yesterday, I thought I would try a drink for myself. Went to the store on Pole line. Gentleman came to take my order. Told him I didn't know what I wanted and could I see a menu. He informed me he did not have a menu and that he might be able to go find "a card " inside. Because the line behind me was long, and he was looking at me to say yes/no go find the card, I just asked for a mocha. The drink was great but not so much c/s. In addition, for a moment I thought I was at a football game. There was so much yelling and sounds of excitement I looked around expecting to see a float coming down the street with cheerleaders! The loudness was coming from inside the store! Anyway, going forward I'll visit the Blue Lakes store. Much better experience. read more

First time at this location obviously since I'm from out of town. 2 lines were moving per usual in the morning. Long lines but nothing out of the ordinary for a Dutch Bros. There's a weird exit where you basically drive through the lines but other than that it was a pretty big corner for a DB. Location was great. Right off a Main Street with lots of shopping and hotels. Ordered our recent favorites; peppermint bark mocha iced. Delicious and a must try if you haven't already. Kinda bummed both didn't come with the soft top + peppermint bark on top. I used to LOVE Dutch. I would stop every morning on my way to work. Over the last few months the service has not been great, the coffee is inconsistent and not worth the price increase (consistency would help with wanting to pay the price). For example, today I went to redeem my free coffee but instead they ran my balance. I inquired about this but they said "sorry, not sure why that happened but you still have a free one". I was saving my balance to take my kids back later and get the extra points only available from 9-5. Last week I went and they made my drink wrong twice. It seems as though communication isn't strong unless it's to their friends that they spend 10 minutes talking to while the line backs up. I will be sticking to our local shops such as full steam from now on. read more

Since the trainers left, the coffee went downhill. My cold brew was extremely watered down. I couldn't even finish it. It's too bad since I waited 40 min to get it. The service is excellent. I'll stay with Starbucks as the coffee there is consistent. read more

Seriously, I just don't understand what the hype is with this place? I'm all for their customer service, most days ... There are some trips I made where sure they're overly friendly, but would rather have a dance party than make my drink. The only drink I will ever get from Dutch is their Mango smoothie ... everything else here is awful, IMO. And, don't get me started on their atrocious "parking lot" system. I see all these other review that say if you have a choice between Dutch and Starbucks, Dutch wins every time. To which I agree in the sense that both places underperform! Both of us absolutely loved this place and when it comes to food places my old lady usually is much more demanding than I am. After visiting this location the only unanswered question I got is why,why , why they don't have Dutch Bros Coffee in Chubatello or nearby.It is kind of unbelievable how certain businesses avoid this part of Idaho.Try finding Pep Boys here etc. Everything felt amazing from freshness of the drinks to the speed of service,fellows were very friendly fast and professional. Coffee from Starbucks is more expensive and unless you order espresso seems always over sweetened.Also overpriced.Dutch Bros had the greatest speed of service I ever saw at the similar place.Being to numerous drive-thru places in great Chubatello area after we saw the huge line here we were a bit bummed (see,customer's time is rarely perceived as something of a great value in Pocatello and Chubbuck) , but the young cheerful guy with a tab took our order and we got it delivered to us in no time. I used to love Dutch bros. I remember when I first tried them and I was so happy to find something other than Starbucks, because let's face it, Starbucks sucks. There is no art to their drinks. Anyway, I was happy to be back on the west coast and get to some Dutch bros. my sons soy chocolate milk, delicious. Wonderfully chocolatey. Maybe I should have just gotten that instead. I got my usual soy chai. Two different times I was less than thrilled. The first chai was blah, like warm unflavored milk. So the next time I decided I'd ask for a spicier chai, more chai than milk. And that time it ended up being a mild watered down chai, no milk taste at all. I give places two chances before I give up. There's just too many places to go to settle. I won't be back unless someone wants to go. I know a lot of my friends and family my love it. But I won't order a chai again. Come on guys I know you have it in you to be awesome. read more

Dutch Bros is to coffee what Southwest airlines is to flying. A great product, a great price and happy workers that chat you up while you wait. I'm not a coffee drinker so I can't review the drinks. However the recipients of these beverages were happy and content. DB needs to consider expanding westward. They'd be an overnight sensation. Just saying... Southern California is waiting. read more

2 words for this place: overpriced and overrated. While pulling through the drive through I was confused. There was no menu or speaker, just a guy taking orders on his cell phone. The prices were a bit high. (My latte here was more expensive than starbucks). Customer service was OK....nothing great or memorable The music blaring inside made it hard to here the cashier speaking. Wait times were typical Consistency was terrible (had to send my coffee back 3 times. Quality: great flavored rich coffee and awesome hot cocoa. I'm not sure why Dutch Bros has been getting low reviews. The first time we went through they sang to us.... Clapped and welcomed us to Dutch Bros. Then, after we paid, they gave us a punch pass filled --so we could go back and get a free drink --any kind --any size! Wow! Then we went back today and once again we were greeted with enthusiasm. The young man that took our order was fun and really seemed to enjoy his job. We noticed, as we pulled up to the hut, they had disco lights and good music blasting. They make great coffee and hot cocoa! Prices were cheaper than Starbucks--by about .30--.50 cents. (Plus) -Starbucks doesn't have punch cards and the last time I went through Starbucks--(the drive in) we were not greeted like this.
