If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my daughter because of her availability. The site said they could do it, no problem. We had 20 people over to celebrate my babygirls birthday. The order was accepted and paid for all at once. When i show up to pick up the cake, the nice young lady behind the counter tells me that the manager cancelled my order and went on vacation. They said they sent me an email that i have yet to receive. I tjoufht it waa so unprofessional to have all my contact info and not notify me that you cant complete my order. I worked this locations for almost a year, the first few months were bearable. But then it became clear that the owners did not care any longer about helping the employees, Honestly you look at our yelp reviews an there about me an how amazing my customer service was, not once did they ever tell me good job or give recognition. So customers please stop getting so mad at the employees when it's the owners who control what we have. It's been over a month no shake lids it's been over two weeks not credit receipt paper "no longer getting this tips" and they been making issue after issue there are a few co workers that truly bust there's butts an we try an make you all happy it's dealing with the public, just know it's not the employees fault, blame the owners so. So today I quit my job here an I will be off to Radiology school like many of my well known customers know I have been waiting for. Call the health department. This place is shady! There is often a long wait and one person only serving customers despite there being another worker around. It is always inconsistent here compared to other locations. One time recently it was literally all nuts. Way too many nuts and it destroyed the ice cream. The biggest shade of all is there're dirty. Never wash hands and they will touch things including the register without washing hands. So they got a "B" grade from the health department. Like I said they're shady so they decided to cover it with some bs sigh. Can't do that folks. read more

Who the hell wants to pay 5 to 7 bucks for an each ice cream? That's freaking ridiculous! The sitting is limited, barely room to sit if your with a big group, lobby is small I've seen bigger. morning shift only has one employee there, with no help when there's a huge line the waiting could be a over kill just for A ICE CREAM! Don't get me started on the ice cream cakes, a small cake is $32 bucks and it's not even a decent size to begin with it looks like it only feeds four to five people, I've seen way cheaper for a cake that size. The waffle bowls look to over cooked and hell of soggy like they've been sitting there over a week. I've only been here once to pick up a cake order but the entire process was wonderful! I asked for a black cake because the recipient only likes black anything, however the day before the event an employee named Brittany called and informed me that she really tried to make a black frosting but it just wasn't possible. She helped me decide on something else and was very apologetic and courteous when I picked it up the next day and her overall customer service was fantastic, and the cake turned out perfect. I love this place. I always dig through the newspaper and get coupons so I can come here more often. I usually get the cheesecake ice cream with some kind of berries. I alternate between getting it in ice cream form and shake form. Sometimes I will get the raspberry sorbet when it is hot because it is light and refreshing. They have smoothies, but I have never tried one. I really like their cakes. They seem expensive, but with the coupons they are only a couple bucks per person. Its not like other ice cream cakes where there is just ice cream. There are 2 layers of ice cream and 2 layers of cake. My goal is to try all of the different kinds of cakes someday because right now I have only tried 2. Even though there are a lot of windows, the store seems dark. I do not know why. There are only a couple of places to sit inside, but there is a patio outside. There is plenty of parking as it is in a center with stores and restaurants. The store itself is narrow, so expect to be standing close to the person next to you. The employees vary depending on when you go. This worker made a rude comment .. instead of 4 brownies I asked for 5 this time and he says "wow 5? Are you trying to feed the whole family or what?" Went for some ice cream tonight because my fiancée and I had gift cards. We had just stood in line at Rite Aid for at least 10 minutes waiting to check out. There were two groups in front of us of three people each. It seemed like it'd be a wait, but the guys behind the counter were fast, friendly and courteous and made our wait seem to fly by. The gentleman who helped us (didn't get his name, but he had a beard and glasses) offered us some samples before we made our decision. We decided on banana and he recommended butterfinger pieces to go with it. We accepted and it was delicious. He was great! read more

This is the worst run place ever. We ordered a cake for a birthday last night and got the confirmation email. Went to pick it up and they said they had no order. Then the story changed and the lady said they didnt send a confirmation email. I showed her the email and she said it takes two days for a cake. My wife and I walked in the cold stone to get dessert, I walked up to the freezer to look at the cakes and the steel grate on the bottom of freezer fell on my big toe while I was wearing sandals. I placed an online order for their "ready to go" cupcakes since I was buying them last minute. I ordered it at 9 am in the morning and immediately received a confirmation of my order stating it'll be ready for pick up at 1 pm the same day. I was running late and ended up arriving at the store at 1:40 pm and waited 10 minutes for the only employee to come out from the back. When I said I was there to pick up the order, she went to the back to call her manager. She explained to me that they do not have any "ready for pick up" cupcakes in stock and they can fulfill my order at 5 pm. I asked her why would their online ordering confirm it'll be ready when it's not. She said she's sorry but she cannot do anything about it. I asked her if I can contact her manager and all she gave me was an email address. Then she told me another person, Alyse, will be calling me back when she gets in after 2. Alyse did call me back to apologize and I told her that it was a big inconvenience since I had kids waiting and I had to show up empty handed. Her excuse is that the website is not aware of their inventory. So why be part of the online ordering then? I suggested that maybe in the future they should confirm their online orders directly with the customers so if they do not have inventory they can let the customers know ahead of time so we wouldn't waste our time driving to their facility. I will never do business with this location again and will make sure anyone I know is aware of my experience. I will also send a strongly worded letter directly to their headquarters so they know how this branch is representing their brand. read more

It was well over 95° today and my boyfriend and I decided to stop in and get some wonderful cold stone ice cream. Cold stone definitely calls to us because of their unique ice cream selections and variety of toppings, not to mention fantastic combinations. They also offer ice cream cakes ice cream cupcakes and smoothies. Upon checking in on yelp phone offered three dollars off the purchase of any ice cream cake. That's nice and everything but my boyfriend and I were just coming in for some basic ice cream flavors send David. I asked Mayra if she could apply the three dollar off coupons were purchased even though we weren't purchasing an actual ice cream cake she was when she said no. But she did go out of her way to please and offered a discount on our purchase to make up for the fact that corporate wouldn't allow her to do such a thing. She was very nice and professional and very quick to get our ice cream together not to mention she even gave us a little extra ice game and topping.
