Honestly it's been so long that I can't even remember when I was last here. But today, it was calling my name. The same concept as it's always been, choose your ice cream, make your own or pick one of the specialty flavors they offered. Service was great, it was busy but didn't take long for help. We went with the classic from their list. The Berry Berry Good and Surender to Strawberry. The ice cream mix with the topping to create the deliciousness and then completed with the flavored waffle cone. It did the trick. The ice cream was great and very fresh. Waffle cones were nice to add, not sure how often they're made. They also have cakes in the fridge as well for the grab and go. It's pretty good and perfect for that craving but it seemed to have gotten pretty pricey for them. Two ice cream in a dipped waffle cup with gratuity came up to 27.00. Steep for some ice cream.

Friendly service and tasty ice cream. Lots of flavors and toppings, bowls, cones and cups. You pick a flavor and the attendant mixes your choices. Prices are a tiny bit on the high side: $7.99 for the smallest cup. I splurged in a Coffee Lovers cup with coffee ice cream, chunks of Heath bar, bits of toasted almond and caramel. Such a treat although the coffee flavor could have been a tad stronger. In addition to a drive-through window, there are two small tables with 5 chairs that accommodate customers indoors and another couple of tables sit outside on a small patio.

Smells amazing in here! All the delicious flavors just amplify your nose and you don't know what else to get! I absolutely love this location it's very convenient and plenty of parking. Great Customer service and happy to serve any requests.

Love this menu every day hot or cold!

I am really impressed with how polite the gentleman was behind the counter, extremely helpful and very good at making helpful suggestions, but I had to order the peanut butter cup I had to get the medium size and it was delicious. It didn't even take three minutes one of these days. I'm gonna try their delicious waffle cones, but this location has outdoor seating and you can still see why they're open for business Keep up the good work and great job on picking this man for your staff , no matter what he does he gonna do real well

The two boys that were working are very rude. They were very messy also. The store was not clean as usual . I paid for two love it and one was missing half the ice cream. he piled it up, mixed it once and threw it in the container. Very rude.

Love this place! Always a pleasure everytime we visit! Staff are all super friendly and welcoming, will accommodate you and give you the best customer service experience! Especially today, my bf and i went to the northridge location, the girl, Brooke, was extremely rude to us! When she was making my ice cream, i realized it had bananas on it and i have bad allergies with it. Instantly, i apologized and said i didn't know there was bananas included. She looked so annoyed, threw the ice cream shes making aggressively and gave me a new one but slammed it on the counter and walked away.... Hella rude! We paid and left but i didn't even want to eat my ice cream anymore and threw it away. We then decided to go to this location, and im telling you! It was the complete opposite. All the staff were suuuper friendly to everyone who came in! Welcoming and the person who assisted us is Yara! Such a delightful person! She even gave me the excess for my ice cream and was just super great! We ended up telling her what happened and all staff were apologizing for another stores incompetence.. Anyway, highly recommend! If you like some good ice cream with extra sprinkles of positive vibes to whoever is making it, go here!!!

The location here in Woodland Hills is at the Topanga village right near the front/parking lot area. It was easy to find and walkable. The store itself was a throwback to those cute 50s bakery style shops. Adorable, I absolutely loved it. Decor was super cute and the inside was clean and spacious for window shopping. The staff are what make this bakery magical. Everyone was so so nice and helpful. They were even extra sweet to my friend and threw in a freebie for her as she is having her baby soon. The staff answered all my questions as it was my first time and were knowledgeable about the menu. I walked out with some delicious thin chocolate chip cookies and my friend got a cupcake. Great spot and would highly recommend checking them out if you have a sweet tooth or want some seriously impressive baked goods for a party/event.

I always ask for just in case they do have oat milk so if you have any special requests, depending on how busy it is, might be better to talk to someone to order!!! The Tiger Tea was really delicious and was a good amount of sweet. The Mermaid drink was a fav from my group. I really liked the Milo and the Ube Milk teas. One thing to note: they open late--12:30 PM. Parking was easy, and there's a decent amount of seating inside. I happened to be the first customer of the day. Don't expect the warm, smiley Filipino hospitality right away--just head straight to the counter and place your order on the iPad. As for the halo-halo, it's definitely not your traditional version. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's quite different from the halo-halo I grew up with and the ones I enjoy whenever I visit Manila. If you're looking for a modern take on the classic dessert, you may appreciate it more than I did. Prices are pretty standard for Los Angeles, and they accept Apple Pay, which is always a plus.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sa'id who is part of the family owned business and such a nice young gentleman! He welcomed me in and shared with me what makes their bakery a cut above the rest. For starters they are not a French bakery. It is an eastern European style bakery which most likely means that the baked goods are heartier, dense and more substantial in texture I would say. Their croissant was more dense than a typical french croissant which is light, airy and flakey. Sa'id offered for me to try a small sliver of their napoleon soft cake and it was amazing! I bought a regular cinnamon bun and the pistachio tiramisu. I really appreciated that the cinnamon bun wasn't overly sweet. I heated it in the microwave for about 8 seconds and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. The pistachio tiramisu was also very very good! A beautiful blend of coffee flavor with hints of pistachio flavor. In fact, it was OUTSTANDING! Best tiramisu my husband and I have ever tasted! Everything is carefully handmade with lots of care and love. There were some beautiful cakes in the display. They take special orders for any occasion. They also have specialty drinks and savory pastries to select from. The shop is small with a couple tables inside and some outdoor tables with chairs. Also open 7 days a week! While the flavor variety is awesome and they don't skimp on fillings, man are these cakes typically dry and a little dense. Had the tropical coconut pineapple cake for a friend's retirement party in December and while the price of a small cake is steep, it was very good. I was impressed! Another friend and I debated what the best berry and cream cake was. I said WholeFoods. She said SusieCakes. We taste tested. We both stood our ground on our opinions. Last weekend,I had the strawberry cake at a birthday party and it was very dry and dense. And the baby's "smash cake" never really got any deeper than the frosting layer, which leads me to believe it was also dense. While I was doing my friend the favor of picking up said birthday cakes, I noticed the pineapple coconut was back in season, so I came to SusieCakes the next day to get a slice. Very friendly staff! But very dry cake. So disappointing after paying ten dollars for a slice. Overall, the vibes are always good. The flavors are great. But the texture is just not it.
