Sign up for their "Chunk Mail" email list and get a free kid size scoop on your B-Day. I wish they had more almond milk, non-dairy varieties at this location, but I'll take the full milk/fat dairy as well. Servers are friendly, but sometimes confused on what the free B-Day scoop actually is, or if it comes with a cone or only in a cup. But the ice cream is yummy and a nice treat. Hubs always gets a chocolate shake, so I think the giveaway is a win win. Cheers! CC

The vegan chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was delicious. I purchased a child size scoop because I only wanted to taste a small amount considering how many calories is in each scoop. They have so many flavors to choose from but I think they only have 3 vegan options. The customer service was great! The employees were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. This location is located inside the mall so the ambiance is not what you would get in an actual Ben and Jerry's restaurant. This is my go to ice cream stop whenever I'm at the Northridge mall.

Ice cream at B & J are amazing ice creams. What is their secret? I think that when you in buisness for that long you are able to make ice creams that get close to perfection. It is right by the pretzel place, so for me it is a dilemma which one to choose. Last time at Northridge fashion center I went with the ice cream. Glad I did. It was good.

Birthday Promotion Register online and receive a free scoop for your birthday, about a $4-5 value. Recommendation I absolutely love their coffee, coffee, buzz, buzz. The coffee ice cream isn't over powering and the chocolate espresso beans add a nice crunch throughout.

Came here earlier this week after trying to escape the heat. I think Ben and Jerry's couldn't escape the heat either! Why? Because it seemed like they had a problem with refrigeration. I ordered a large waffle cone ice cream and realized a lot of their ice cream was melted! I opted for the lemony frozen Greek yogurt. I wish I hadn't ordered but It was too late since I didn't want to spend 80 bucks going to the fancy shmancy gelato place at the mall. So I grudgingly ate it. For 6 bucks I didn't like having to rush eating since it was melting all over the place. Maybe next time I'll check the items and make sure it's not melted.

Sometimes I have a sweet tooth when I come to the mall. I'm so glad that they have a Ben & Jerry. I love that they have vegan flavors. My only thing is I wished they had More vegan flavors to choose from. I wouldn't mind seeing a bigger non dairy selection.

Food: I'm not really too big on ice cream or desserts for that matter but I'm a sucker for anything coffee flavored. We were just walking around the mall and saw the chocolate dipped waffle cone with nuts and was intrigued. I started looking for flavors and saw Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz and tried it. It's coffee ice cream with chocolate covered espresso bean chunks. It's not a waste of calories to say the least. It was delish! It was so good that I bought another quart to take home. And you know what sucks? This flavor is only available at the scoop shops, not in stores. Price: What do you expect from Ben & Jerry's? Its expensive! I mean the waffle cone with a large scoop is $6! A pint is $7! A quart is $10! For those wondering, there's 2 pints in a quart. Overall, of course I'd come back here for this flavor because you can't get it anywhere else but I'm singin like Bruno Mars if I'm to become a regular here. You gotta be a billionaire at these prices! Hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

The best frozen yogurt I've ever eaten, hands down. I was never really a frozen yogurt fan because…read moreit typically has a watery consistency and flavors are mediocre. However, I can confidently say that I like what I tried at this place better than ice cream. I found out about this place through an Instagram ad and have been meaning to visit for a while. Finally got around to it last night. I tried the pistachio and strawberry flavor. The flavor and consistency are rich. I got the mini size ($7) and they let me combine 2 flavors in one (you have a choice of two separate swirls, or one combo swirl of both flavors), and it wasn't as mini as the cup looks. The worker there gave me nice tall swirls and it was plenty for me. The pistachio flavor tasted like I was really eating a handful of pistachios, and the strawberry flavor tasted like I was eating fresh strawberries that were blended into the yogurt that day. It was very fresh. The yogurt was so rich, I couldn't even tell that it was a non-dairy product (it's made from handmade cashew and almond milk). It's great for people who want to eat plant-based, and for people who just want to try something new and don't want to feel like they're eating an unsatisfying substitute. It really seems like the creator of this chain put in a lot of effort to make a product that is fresh, real, delicious, and ethically conscious. I love the use of environmentally conscious cups/spoons as well. The shop itself is a nice space and they have pints in the freezer to take home that include other flavors apart from the 6 currently on the soft serve menu. They rotate flavors so I'm excited to try different ones. I look forward to bringing my family here to try the product and bring some home. I've noticed other reviews mentioning the price and it is a bit on the pricey side, but it's a high-end product. I'd be willing to buy a pint and save over the long run, than buy a tub of something cheaper that I'd go through in the same amount of time but doesn't feel as good to eat. But to each their own! Thanks Yoga-urt, I'll be back!

I heard good reviews about this place from my friends. Came here because friends recommended it and…read moresaid it was really good. Warning for those with a nut allergy.. this spot is not nut-allergen friendly. Out of the entire menu of yogurts and smoothies, there's really only 2 options that "have no nuts" according to the worker. Mostly everything is almond-milk based, especially for the yogurts. Anyways, I think it's best to be careful and not even try getting one of the "nut-free" smoothies because of the high chance of cross-contamination from the counters. I mean, there's peanut butter, pistachio, cashews, almonds.. yeah. Sadly a can't for me. The yogurt options are pre-made in combos, meaning you don't really choose what you want essentially, but my friends ordered different ones and they did look really good. They also said it tasted super good! The inside was pretty clean and for a small dessert shop, it seemed pretty lively with customers sitting at the tables next to the counter. - street parking available - open late at night Yogurts are at least dairy-free and vegan.

Bingsu/Korean shaved ice is a regular fave of mine but they tend to be very dairy-based and it can be difficult to find a place w/ something similar in texture and that has dairy-free options. And this place has just that. This is the perfect spot for those looking for more fruit-centric refreshing flavors or even the sweet pastry-inspired dessert selections! A small portion of water ice is approximately 3-4 sizable scoops! And a small portion of the gelati (water ice + soft serve) specialty is approximately the size of a McDonald's parfait. My partner got the summertime (strawberry, cherry, watermelon(?) flavor and I got the peach cobbler inspired cup with gelati. I was hoping they'd have the apple pie one but it wasn't listed on the menu when we were there. Regardless, still a very tasty and amazing treat to cool down with! Service was helpful and you're welcome to try samples of anything. Was very shocked to see that employees manually swirl/mix flavors while scooping rather than have tub with pre-swirled flavors. I'm sure that takes some skill! Ambiance is very fun with lively and colorful decor. The music on the speakers can be pretty loud esp the further back into the store you're sitting at. 5000000% would go here again, would love to try the other flavors and maybe have a bigger portion when I have more stomach room bc it was that good I almost wish we had dinner elsewhere right after instead or before LOL!

This message is directed to the owner of this location…read more We were denied service because the owner does not allow any animals inside the restaurant, including service animals. Even though we were only ordering takeout, we were initially refused because of this policy. The employee got on the phone and said she needed to talk to the owner. The owner let them know to refuse the service. We stood our ground, and the employee, who had nothing to do with the situation, ultimately allowed us to place our order, provided that we did not remain inside. The owner needs to understand that a blanket "no animals" policy does not override the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are protected under federal law, and businesses open to the public generally cannot deny access or service because of a legitimate service animal. I am asking the owner to immediately review the ADA requirements, remove any signage or policy that unlawfully excludes service animals, and ensure employees are properly informed of their legal obligations. I am giving the owner five days to address this matter. If the policy is not corrected, I will file a complaint with the appropriate ADA enforcement authorities and contact Pinkberry corporate regarding this location. This is not about being difficult, it is about ensuring people with disabilities are not discriminated against and that the law is followed. RESPONDING TO OWNER: Please do not blame the employees. The employee got on the phone with you and even said, "I need to ask the owner." You were consulted and instructed them to refuse service. The employees were simply following the procedure you, as the owner, directed them to follow. They should not be blamed or put in the middle of this.
