Ice cream was amazing, I got the birthday cake remix, ironically enough a nice girl named Smiley took my order, even though it was really busy the people working there worked very well and collaboratively under pressure. The issue at this location that warrants 2 stars is the general bad attitude of the employees I have dealt with. From the moment I approached the counter I was met with the stone cold stare of irritation and the rolling of the eyes. They clearly hated their job. Even when I disliked jobs in the past and was having a horrible day, I never once took it out on someone else because it makes no sense to do so. I hate this kind of attitude which filters into how they make everything. When I was deployed overseas in the Marines I got treated better by the Afghanis than by these coldstone employees. Cold Stone ice cream in general tastes good. The low rating is for this location. I ordered a like it to go. The ice cream was a pre-set mix in type of deal and was supposed to have three mix ins. When I got there they said they couldn't find my order and after a back and forth they realized it was in their fridge ready for pick up. The ice cream had basically 0 mix in's. I tried the lucky charm one and it had a single piece of the cereal on the top. Nothing else mixed in. $8 for a small scoop of okay flavored ice cream with nothing else. SO overpriced. I've only ever ordered here twice and both times my order was messed up. the ice cream is good, but i ordered three mix-ins as well as paid for another. i opend up the pint and it looked promising until i had the gummy bear that was right on top. there were three gummy bears in my ice cream and throughout the rest is just the ice cream. read more

two separate times the manager has had to come out to tell us that our preordered cake was not ready because his employees do not listen to him. Pablo is the manager that refused to call me to tell me the cake was not ready so I came an hour after the cake was supposed to be ready and it was not made. Pablo was making excuses and blaming employees for why he did not have the cake ready. He told us we could not get a refund right away and he wanted to refund us in 5-6 business days. Very dissatisfied for a second time because we now are without a cake for our child's birthday once again. read more

Wonderful ice cream but a bear to get to. Haven't tried their delivery and their ice cream cakes are very pricey. Parking at Jordan Creek is always a nightmare and it is rarely convenient to go there just for a taste of something nummy. I always enjoyed a little Cold stone ice cream at the mall even though I sometimes believe they are a bit overpriced. If you have not been to a Cold Stone before, they have many different flavors to choose from and a lot of "specialty" flavors which are just pre-designed flavor and topping combinations. Watching them combine your chosen flavors and toppings on the cold piece of stone is cool. I have never had any issues with the deliciousness of their ice cream or their service. read more

Tasty ice cream that's blended with all sorts of ingredients so your ice cream craving should be satisfied here. You can get the ice cream in a cone, cup, or waffle bowl. They have these chocolate dipped waffle bowls with sprinkles but that was a little too much. I prefer just the ice cream in a cup. I got the peanut butter chocolate flavor and it was really good. Good mixture of all ingredients. A negative thing about Coldstone is that it's very pricey! read more

When you have a strong desire for ice cream with all the stops pulled out, you head to Coldstone. Not only do they have great base flavors, like cake batter or cheesecake, they have a vast array of add-ins. Then when you've made so many flavor choices you begin to wonder what this monstrosity you've made could possibly taste like and freak out thinking perhaps the gummy bear addition was over the top, that's when you have to choose a container. At this point you've already chosen the best flavor and all of your favorite toppings that may or may not compliment each other...it's always "go big or go home." SO you choose the special waffle cone bowl coated with chocolate and candy pieces. Now the bill is about $10 for just your ice cream treat which included a walnut size chunk of cookie dough, about eight gummy bears and a large scoop of ice cream in a bowl you know you can't possibly eat all of. In the end the gummy bears turned a bit hard in the frozen mix but if you've chosen well the flavor profile is off the charts and you get a headache as your insulin levels are through the roof due to the sugar rush...especially when you discover the cake batter is even sweeter than the chocolate your friend has purchased. It's a crazy, almost emotional experience when you've eaten at Coldstone. Think of it as a fling you had back in college that made your heart almost explode because you were so head over heels...but then realized she was a super clingy freak who demands you pay at all the high price places then starts hinting at ring places in the mall and you find you need to change your e-mail. Maybe when you're lonely again you unblock her number and call back because you've suddenly forgotten how you felt afterwards. Yep, that's Coldstone. If you tell them it's your birthday and they have to all get crazy and sing you a song...you'll be calling back again, like it or not. read more

I am appalled. All I ordered was a simple smoothie, not much, shouldn't take too long. Right? It took them almost 5 minutes just to start making my smoothie, and after it was made I was completely ignored at checkout. And, for how small this smoothie is, and for the quality, it is totally overpriced. If you're going to spend your money somewhere for ice cream, I do not recommend this Cold Stone. read more

Received a gift card from my boss so decided to take my son. When we first got there, no one was behind the counter. I waited for about a minute and then called out to see if anyone was there and 3 young employees came out of the backroom. Shouldn't at least 1 of them have stayed in front for any customers? It was around 4pm so it wasn't late or anything. I asked if there was anything non-dairy since my son is allergic to milk protein and they had 2 sorbet options - raspberry and strawberry lemonade. We chose the strawberry lemonade in the "love it" cup (about 4oz) and the raspberry in the same size. One of the girls did mention that they have smaller kid sizes that aren't on display too but I went with the regular cup. My son didn't want anything mixed with his but there are tasty options to mix in your ice cream. I added strawberries to the strawberry lemonade. I liked that they had a lot of selections to choose from but maybe add another sorbet option that is maybe more of a mild fruit than sour like the 2 they had. The strawberry lemonade with the fruit was good and the raspberry was too. My son wasn't a big fan of the strawberry lemonade though. The cost was kind of high for the little we got. I would come back to try some of their actual ice cream but my son is 2 and he would have wanted to try mine and would think mommy was mean for not sharing so not this visit. =) read more
