Just MEH now. Before, it was cool. The service was not helpful or even welcoming when we first walk in. (They were just a couple of kids working a cash register) Orange leaf has changed how they charge (see my pic attached) Three cup sizes now. Not by per ounce anymore. My oldest kid picked the largest one and filled it up like he had gold in his pocket to pay for it. He didn't fill it to get the $7.xx worth though. The smaller cups were much smaller. The smallest one looked like it holds 4 oz. The middle size might hold 8oz. Which in reality if broken down per ounce, could range $0.56-$0.82/ounce. Pricey. Esp when the competitor is around $0.54 per ounce. The flavors are ok. My kids can only have the non dairy kind and those 2 specific dispensers were frozen to high heaven. We stood there for almost 6 minutes trying to dispense 1 flavor for 3 cups. Talk about holding up the line, lady! Spent $11.xx for three. It should have been almost $16 if I didn't have a coupon!!! I told the young girl behind the register I forgot the coupon from a specific ad, she was hesitant but said she will try to find one. She really didn't want to honor it but she was peer pressured by her co worker/friend to just "be nice". She was probably being nice because I looked exasperated from my yogurt dispensing deal and my kids climbing on me. That act of kindness earned the two stars. Probably won't recommend OL. Their pricing lost me as a customer.

This is now the third Orange Leaf location I have been to. All of them are very consistent in their decor, service and yogurt. The difference I noticed with this one is they had more unique toppings than the others I had been to. This was the least busy one I have been to as well. I actually liked it not being as busy because I did not feel rushed to make decisions like I have at other locations. Will be back!

Tasty and quick self serve frozen yogurt treats at this big chain. Honestly all of the big chains taste the same to me in my opinion and the only reason I would visit is when I'm with people who really enjoy it. I am more of an ice cream person. This place is decorated very nice, very cute decor. The staff members are friendly and do a great job keeping the place clean. It is a very nice place for lounging and chatting with friends.

This is by far the most awesome Orangeleaf. They would've gotten a five-star if I would've been greeted upon entering instead the employee was in the back. Made it all the way to the bathroom and back out before she realize anyone was in the store. But she was super friendly. I was kind of sad because some of the flavors were out of order. But they did have red velvet and cheesecake that I was able to swirl together. It's a super delicious combo. They also had some toppings that I've never seen it a frozen yogurt place before. They had broken up Girl Scout caramel delight coconut cookies amazing. They also had little Debbie cosmic brownies. And something I've never seen before are the candy rocks. So fun and inventive. The location is right by the interstate but it kind of sucks getting in and out of. You basically have to go through the Walgreens parking lot to get here. But if you like frozen yogurt you need to come visit here. The inside is super bright and colorful and the place is very clean.

I had asked her twice if they could turn the music down, which she did ask the guy behind the bar, I don't know if he was a bartender or a cook, but I heard him say what do they want, I've turned it down four times. Well, yes, I did overhear that I was sitting very clause to the bar. It was very rude of him, and I had been very kind and requested that the music be turned down some. The food was pretty good, I had the fig and creamy goat cheese flatbread. Overall, it might be a very good place for other people, rudeness is not acceptable.

While a bit of a hidden gem off of 86th Street, the building is modern, chic and inviting - with a large covered patio area connected to the north side of the building. The one negative is that the temperature is kept very cold inside, so consider bringing a sweater or light jacket to stay comfortable. Unfortunately, tonight was a bit cold outside, so it was a coinflip on which was better - we opted for the patio seating and the wind settled down during our visit to get quite comfortable. We started with a Cuban Martini and Sojito (see picture) along with an order of Bang Bang Shrimp (see picture) for an appetizer. We enjoyed the drinks and the Bang Bang Shrimp with the drizzled Yum Yum-type sauce was delicious! For our main courses, my wife ordered the Thai Pasta (see picture) and I opted for the Fig, Avocado and Goat Cheese Salad (see picture). As is our custom, we both shared bites from each of our plates and liked both of them very much - although the Thai Pasta definitely had a bit more 'kick'. We ordered the Tres Leches for dessert (remembering it from our last visit), but unfortunately found that they were sold out, so had to leave without dessert. If you are looking for a modern, unique, Asian fusion type restaurant in the Johnston area, Roots 95 won't disappoint. This will be a regular stop on our drive to Chicago. Happy to report that the drive thru lane moved pretty quickly and by the time we left 30 min later, that had cleared. As far as food goes, we tried the original with fries and the Nashville hot (as a wrap) with brussels sprouts. We both thought our meals were fantastic. I would put their brussels sprouts up against anyone's! The fries were also battered lightly and resulted in a crunchy fry with a nice light flavor. I like that they have a variety of seating inside and it never felt like you needed to vacate your space quickly. In fact, I noticed some shelving with board games, so they definitely welcome groups who want to enjoy good food and hang out. There is a large picnic table for groups or communal seating and some individual stools near the ordering counter for singles or anyone who just wants to sit and watch the world outside those windows. This was a great find for us!!

The monthly flavored shakes are also a nice treat. And where can one get some of the best Brussels sprouts at a chicken place? They are delish! You can get your sandwiches grilled, fried, in a wrap or in a salad. For me, all great options but the original fried is my go to- large, always perfectly cooked and juicy chicken. The service is as fantastic as the food- always friendly. And- dogs allowed! Outdoor patio seating in addition to indoor and (let me repeat what exceptional service) they find you even when you change your mind and start one place and end in the other. Drive through is a nice option and the only (good) problem for this business that started out as a food truck is that at peak times parking and pulling out can be tricky with the drive through. I've saved one of the best customer- friendly mentions for last- when you pay by card, the highest display for tip is 10%(starting at 3%). I mean- the service is always worth 20+ but I appreciate this range as opposed to so many that start at 15% or higher. Come for the always fresh, awesome food and tip for the excellent and friendly service! Locations growing around the metro- yeah!

Having lived in the metro since 1992... And on the West side of town for the vast majority of that…read moretime, I've been to this Olive Garden a few times now... Mostly years ago. Twice recently... Once with an ex-girlfriend and a couple of nights ago with a friend and her mom. While the food is usually on point the quality of service is inconsistent at best... On the most recent visit we were greeted and seated right away. The front of the house was great! It was later on a weeknight and they took us clear back into one of the far corners of the restaurant. Our server stopped by after what seemed like a longer wait than it should have been. That should probably have been taken as a sign of things to come... My friend and her mom each had a drink from the cocktail menu along with sodas (Coke products) and split the salad and breadsticks. I ordered the shrimp fritto misto and an unsweetened ice tea. I'm not sure if they forgot about us back there or what exactly happened... We weren't really checked on at all. I had to leave the table to run down a straw. After the food arrived we were hard pressed to get a refill on anything... Even though we could see our server handling other tables through the door that led to an adjacent dining area. The food was good as always. That's one thing the big national chains do right. You know what to expect. The food pretty much tastes the same wherever you are. Just wish the service was as consistent as the food... I'm not sure if it was because we were seated in a different area by ourselves away from the other diners...or if our server was having an off day. Either way it could have been better. Kudos to the front of the house and to the staff in the kitchen.
