They have two salt rooms to accommodate different size groups. The sauna room is large enough to accommodate you and a friend. It's bright enough for reading, as this is my preference. There are three saunas, six cold plunges (half inside and half outside), and red light therapy. The wood sauna gave an incredible amount of heat and was the hottest one. It was awesome to be able to go back and forth between the different wellness options. I appreciate they have two changing rooms and plenty of storage spaces. Towels were available as well.
