Two stars because it's still a gym. You can technically lift weights and sweat here. But if you're looking for inspiration, motivation, or even basic cleanliness, look elsewhere.

I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.

I accidentally booked for the wrong day but luckily the spa had availability on the day I needed and the time worked for my schedule. I booked the Prenatal Massage for 60 minutes. I arrived fifteen minutes early and checked in and was given a locker key. I changed into the spa robe and went to the relaxation room. It was quaint, quiet and the views from the 7th floor are impressive. Around 2:30 I was greeted by Phoenix my masseuse. You can have a gorgeous spa but if the technicians & products are average then the spa is only as good as your people & products. My facial technician gave me a lymphatic drainage session while 1 mask was on and an arm & hand massage while another mask was on. I've had more expensive facials that did not include those nice little luxuries. For me, I love that the waiting lounge was co-ed for couples so my husband and I could be together. In reliance on that representation, the minors provided payment information. Contrary to those express representations, each has now been charged for a full membership and is being told they cannot cancel for three months. When my son sought resolution today at Countryside Crunch, management claimed the contracts were with Palm Harbor; Palm Harbor then sent him back to Countryside. This runaround is unacceptable and indicates deceptive, unfair, and predatory sales practices targeting minors. Be advised that I am documenting this incident and preserving all communications. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and Crunch Fitness corporate, and I am consulting counsel regarding claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as potential rescission based on minority and misrepresentation. I demand immediate cancellation of all memberships, a full refund of any charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will be processed. If this is not resolved within five business days, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies. No one in my family will patronize Crunch Fitness, and I will encourage others to avoid it.
