Units 327, 333, 342, 408 tested for uninhabitable levels of mold. Unit 408 testing showed active mold growth on the AC and water intrusion around the windows. Multiple types of mold were identified including black mold (toxic and pathogenic). I terminated my lease. To the best of my knowledge my unit (408) has not and will not be remediated. As of writing I have not heard of any other units being remediated either. My journey is a bit too long for a review. But I've had significant health problems when living in Coldwater and missed 4 months of work and spent over $5000 in medical bills. Im currently trashing many of my belongings to avoid cross contaminating my new apartment. And I am expecting about a 3-6 month detox process to return to health. Mold is unfortunately not well covered by law, insurance, or healthcare. 1. Landlords don't have to test or guarantee mold levels. They simply have to give the tenant a safe living space and make fixes in reasonable amounts of time. It's rather lax in definition making it hard to enforce. 2. Renters Insurance does not cover damage from mold. 3. Health insurance doesn't cover mold toxicity treatment and most doctors covered by insurance aren't trained to recognize it. I recommend paying out of pocket for an integrative or functional medicine doctor. Due to a history of mold in this complex and poor mold protections, I would not recommend taking the risk of living here. read more

They nickel and dime you every step of the way. Supposedly came with a Bluetooth sound system that they could never get to work. Had my cart stolen. And packages. Had a neighbors dog poop on my welcome mat. Got told I couldn't have anything near my car in the parking garage while other people had literal trash and stuff to work on their vehicles all around the wall surrounding various cars from tenets. Had a maintenance man be rude towards me to get my attention while I was moving stuff, not hello or can I see proof of residence. (I had a parking pass and a key fob). I said excuse me? Then accused me of not living here while we had ridden in elevator previously. From that point on we noticed a decline in maintenance response time. Hallways always smelled like weed. We knew for a fact that our younger neighbors always smoked because smoke smelled stronger around their door. Which fine, live your best life but it just felt more like a dorm for rich kids rather than an actual place for families. Elevators were constantly broken. Swimming area was starting to become old and dilapidated, for the price it shouldn't look so dingy. The "secure" bike area was constantly broken into. Also there is nowhere to park if you don't want to pay for parking. So if you're having more than one guest show up with vehicles, it is an absolute headache having to find parking. The parking in front of the apartments also had a lot of break ins during my two year residency, which is city paid parking. They claimed it was a community but charge exorbitant participation costs for events. read more

So I moved out of Coldwater last month after a horrific tenancy. I won't go into those details except to say: Tenants BEWARE. (We all know everyone just takes to Yelp to mention complaints that will never be resolved except to receive a feeble reply from management saying; "we're sorry, contact us to discuss your concerns..." Entirely pointless, so I won't waste my breath) However the most astonishing thing after all was said and done? They owe me a significant refund on deposits, which I've been chasing relentlessly, to no avail. Today I emailed again asking for an update on my refund check and they've blocked me. See screenshot below. They are holding hundreds of dollars owed to me and will not reply. Unbelievable. If you know what's best for you, steer clear. TLDR: Coldwater is great. From location, to staff, to neighbors to apartments. A year ago, I moved from the SF Bay Area, and, due to extremely high rent prices there (read: $4500 for 1 bedroom), I've always lived in smaller apartment buildings without pool, gym, maintenance onsite, etc. I was excited to move to a city with more reasonable prices, so I searched and searched for the perfect building/community, and I found it in Coldwater. Location: It can't be beat. Quieter street, super easy to get downtown, right on the other side of Barton Springs, and less than 5 min walk to Zilker. The trail is literally right outside the door. I can't imagine living in another neighborhood in Austin. Every time I have guests visit from home (California) they comment on how great my location is. Staff & Property: The staff here is wonderful. Super friendly, helpful, responsive. The building and the property is well maintained. There are conveniences such as trash valet, dry cleaning, a pool, and a gym. The pool is small-ish, but it's never too crowded or loud. Neighbors: The neighbors are great. It's a dog friendly community and easy to make friends/small talk with people when they're taking their dogs out to potty. People are respectful and genuinely seem to enjoy living here. Apartment: It's spacious (again I'm coming from the Bay Area - everything in TX is huge to me), has quality appliances, and lots of windows. Since I face the pool the apartment can be a bit dark during the day, but it's not something I'd move over. Also, it's super, super quiet. Since the apartment has condo specs I almost never, ever hear my neighbors. 10/10 I recommend Coldwater. read more

#ColdwaterLuxuryApartments: Is It Worth It? Isn't it gorgeous?! And just wait until you see the #StarDeck! When I first saw the property, I thought it was #TooGoodToBeTrue, meaning it seemed to be everything I was looking for: contemporary decor and aesthetically pleasing; location; amenities; etc. I expected to pay more (and was more than willing to do so) because I believed that I was getting all of the essentials and most of what I wanted in a rental property. #Turnkey (or so I thought.) What can I say? At this price point, I expected more from a Greystar-managed property; but this has been a huge disappointment (with one frustrating incident after another) - not only because #ColdwaterLuxuryApartments refuses to install #GoogleFiber (as a new construction, I assumed #GoogleFiber would be available but learned the ugly truth after moving in) - and not only because of the fact that #ColdwaterLuxuryApartments is poorly constructed, but #TheManagement is full of empty promises when it comes to treating you like a valued tenant and member of the #ColdwaterCommunity. Speaking of community, it's only on their terms. The only way you're able to meet any of your neighbors is by happenstance (if you're unable to attend one of their #FewAndFarBetween events). I can't tell you how many #HallwayConversations I've had with other residents where the main topic of conversation was problems within their units. And this is #NewConstruction folks! And speaking of community, the so-called #OnlineCommunity is totally within the control of #TheManagement and the forum is completely devoid of information or activity. In this day and #AgeOfTechnology, residents must rely on email for any last-minute announcement, activities scheduling and key information (like the elevator being down). So unless you check your email through out the day, you WILL miss something. Why so antiquated? It's my opinion that #TheManagement is trying to keep neighbors from sharing their respective #HorrorStories. And get this! While you cannot opt out of the $30/month #DoorToDoorValetService (i.e., Green Door Valet Waste Management), it is a #CompleteRipOff; GDV is extremely limited on how/what they will recycle, so I habitually make trips to the local Goodwill (where they recycle everything and without a plethora of nitpicky rules), and leave the paper and plastic to GDV. 2) GDV does NOT pickup on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays (when people have the most trash); 3) although there is a recycling container for each apartment, you MUST place your recyclables in a green bag (provided by GDV or the #LeasingOffice) inside of the container (OR supply your own clear bag) before they will pick it up. For instance, for two consecutive nights, GDV refused to pick up a phone book-sized publication I'd placed in the recycling container (without a bag because it was impractical to place it inside a bag). (BTW, I had to search 3 stores before finally finding the clear bags). But if you're lucky (and are available to put your recyclables out on Sunday), you may get a replacement bag. #MyTwoCents: all of these plastic bags are not so "green" for our environment "Green" Door. And while it is unpleasant to take my own refuse to the trash chute room (because of the stench), I'm at least not that (in distance), so I typically bypass the service, and take care of my own refuse. I have so much more to say about GDV, but I must move on. In any event, this arrangement begs the question, "Who's catering to whom?" in this pseudo-valet relationship? It's analogous to paying a parking valet attendant in advance only to discover that you must find and retrieve your vehicle after a fine dinner out. So, what's good about #ColdwaterLuxuryApartments besides its marketing? There are a few pleasant staff members I have found that seem to value customer service (even though it appears that they are not empowered to really resolve legitimate resident issues.) I have more to say than I have time to say it in; but I'll save the rest for my blog (and the other thing) and will leave you with this... #ColdwaterLuxuryApartments represents one business deal after another where the interest of trusting (and busy) tenants are repeatedly trumped for a greater #ProfitMargin. After nearly two years, I am finally getting around to reviewing Coldwater on behalf of my wife and I. The apartment complex is one of the nicest in Austin and across the board deserves 5 stars: Location - located just outside of downtown, Coldwater is situated adjacent to Lady Bird Lake and trails with access to downtown, highway, grocery stores and restaurants. Construction - condo spec. Formerly in CRE, this building was constructed with tenant interests in mind. The concrete vs timber is critical for sound insulation. Additionally, each layout is an efficient use of space with top of line features. The integrated Bluetooth speakers are an underrated luxury. Management - Coldwater is best in the business. Staff ( incl. Rosie and Shelley) is incredibly friendly, accommodating, responsive and trustworthy. Carlos and his crew keep the ground in great shape while taking time to develop a relationship with every person he can. Maintenance is also timely and dependable when submitting work orders. Culture - predominantly made up of young business professionals and early families. Management does a great job of organizing event to promote mingling and everyone is very respectful regarding noise level. Amenities - the star deck is an amazing place to take in Austins growing skyline and rolling hills. Grills are located on ground floor and rooftop. Subterranean parking is cramped but what you would expect and a safe place to keep car/bikes. The business office is not a huge asset but an amenity I do not emphasize. The free printing is a nice perk. The Piknic immediately behind the property offers a wide variety of food options. There is also free coffee located just outside of the leasing office. The fitness area checks the box with two solid buildouts for weights, cardio and yoga. Suggestions - improve the wifi in communal areas (slow and spotty in some). Cover on deck for rainy days would be nice to take in without getting soaked. Bench out front while waiting for rideshares. Bathroom on rooftop. Overall - great place if you'd like an upscale rental with great location, specs, Management and amenities at a solid value. Rents have increased throughout Austin since I arrived so rent steps have been reasonable. Newer product is being delivered in downtown but the value of Coldwater factoring in size for rent makes this an attractive option. read more

TL;DR: This used to be a great place but it is going downhill. There are 3 major considerations when living in a shared community: management team, maintenance team and your neighbors. At Coldwater, the first two, management and maintenance, are made up of incredibly kind and pleasant people. It's the neighbors which drove us away. What hit us hardest was how some neighbors had total disregard for others. Although it is a non-smoking building, neighbors below us would smoke, mostly at times when the management office was closed. When I complained to management, they claimed they couldn't smell any smoke. So nothing would get resolved. It wasn't until I was able to take pictures from my porch of the neighbors smoking that I could no longer be denied. We were allowed to move to another unit once I said I had pictures. Another time, our bathroom reeked SOOO much of weed that we could not go in there without coughing and our eyes watering. After several occurrences, we called the Coldwater 'security hotline' or 'security team' to help figure out where it was coming from but they used every excuse on the book to not come up or address anything. After complaints to management, management (Shelly) suggested over email for us to call the police. So, we called the police. Police could not come in with us because we are not owners of the building. They needed to speak to management, which of course, does not live there and only present during office hours, so nothing got resolved. We filed a police report anyway. I was disappointed that management had us call the police instead of them handling the issue themselves. I think this is because they are not working there 24/7. You really are on your own after business hours, when most things happen. Domestic violence? Yep, I heard it from my neighbors above. It was so bad I was milliseconds from dialing 911. When I spoke to management (Rosie) about this recurring situation, she encouraged me to call the police. Ha! I learned my lesson the first time (see above). To give them credit, Management did work really hard on this problem. There were many other complaints from other neighbors who could also hear these noisy tenants. But no matter how good the Management team is, there is only so much one can do when it comes to bad neighbors. I don't care how much concrete they say is between the walls and ceilings - at times you will hear your neighbors. We did use earplugs at night because we could hear the upstair neighbor stomping around the bedroom at night or the TV from our neighbor on our right.  There are many dogs at this place. They are all cute and polite but there are way too many "accidents on the corridors", which are carpeted. Speaking of accidents, a big blob of curry or stew was left on the middle of the floor of the corridor for over 5 days. The rest of us just walked around it hoping the perpetuator would clean up his/her mess. I think maintenance must have cleaned it up. This is just another example of disregard from that neighbor. On a positive note, the location cannot be beat if you want quick access to the trail, downtown, Mopac or Barton Springs. The parking garage is excellent. The maintenance team is polite, professional and quick to solve any maintenance issue. The Management team really does care and does the best they can to help solve all concerns. And the gym is really convenient outside peak hours. We used to live in an apartment complex with 24/7 concierge and we are going back to that arrangement. I believe that when neighbors know there is a real 24/7 staff member, they are on good behavior at all times, not just during office hours. I lived and breathed this place for over 2 years, day in, day out. I know EXACTLY what it is like to have lived here (2016-late 2019). I have lived here for 2 years and if possible I would never leave. Pros: -Apartments are condo spec / concrete so you never hear your neighbors -LOCATION. This is right on the trail and across from the baseball fields which have a ton of green area for dogs. Also Zilker Park is a 5 min walk away -Maintenance. Whatever is broken or not working is fixed within 24 hours. Maintenance team is awesome! -Complex size. This is smaller and I like that the gym or trash chutes are all close by. -Trash. This complex offers valet trash which is the best! -Fob entry- Coldwater can sometimes be like a fortress to get into and I like that as I feel it is safer. -Parking- the garage is gated and parking spots are assigned. They have tons of options for guest parking and the baseball lots across the street offer parking options as well for guests -Blue tooth speakers- each unit has blue tooth speakers in the walls of the living room which I think are awesome -Bedrooms, there is no carpet which I think is great. Cons: -Pool is a bit small and doesnt get sun the full day due to the building shadows which isnt a big deal to me but can be for others -Location: this can be bittersweet being that close to Zilker as traffic on Toomey can be crazy during ACL or Blues on the green, trail of lights etc. If you plan right this won't be a problem You will not find a better place to live!! read more

I have moved into Coldwater and have been absolutely blown away by the amenities and the kindness / patience of the staff. Location: You basically live in Zilker Park... ACL, Blues on the Green, Shady Grove music. Amenities: Freaking outstanding. The rooftop deck is ridiculous and worth the rent in itself. The gym, brand new, rivals any membership gym and pool is awesome as well. Apt: All of the apt furnishings (counter tops/appliances etc) are brand new, look great and are very modern. Everything is built to Condo spec, and is solid. I was worried about sound, but my neighbors cant hear my music on 10 or my dog barking through the walls. Management: Could not be a nicer or more professional group. Always willing to help and work with you. A few of the front office live on site I think, which says quite a bit about how much they enjoy their building. Community: Mostly young professionals. Haven't had any issues or problems. The pool is usually empty, the Star Deck is almost always empty as well. I have already met most of my neighbors and they are all in the same age group as me (30). It is nice to find such as nice community filled with such social people. Noise: I live on the first floor with a walk out and have a dog who barks at everything. As does our neighbor... we are yet to hear their dog, and they are yet to hear ours (fabulous). The developer clearly took the time to look into sound proofing and everything that makes a multi-family community comfortable. read more

I've been living at the Coldwater for the last 8 months. After receiving a work transfer, I put in a request to terminate my lease. I was shocked by the exorbitantly high fees that come with early move-out - over $6000 in fees! Part of the shock is because the fees aren't mentioned the lease. The lease addresses paying a reletting fee and any concessions you received on your lease -- reasonable. However, in addition to that, you must also pay two months rent as a "settlement fee". If you have to move, if you get married, if you die -- you cannot negotiate (I mentioned the absurdity of dying and owing Coldwater $6000 and the leasing agent only reaffirmed that it is the policy.) Had I known -- had this language been included in the lease -- I would have thought twice. I feel like I have slum lords in what I thought was one of the nicer apartments in Austin. read more

When looking for an apartment in this town there are just a ton of options. While I ended up finding a house instead of an apartment, I have to say I was really impressed with this property and even more blown away by the staff. They were super nice and fun, extremely helpful with giving me some directions in the area and even gave my dog a treat. They made me feel at home and I didn't feel like they were trying to make me get an apartment. I would highly recommend checking this place out. I've lived at Coldwater since July 2015 and I love it here. The apartments are beautiful and their layout is very intelligent. The residents on my floor are quiet and friendly. The staff are very responsive to any problem (of which there have been very few and very minor) and are eager to please. The location has really easy access to the hike and bike trail, Zilker, and downtown. In addition, the rooftop is spectacular and the gym and yoga room a delight to use. This building is more expensive than I am used to but the cost seems well worth the quality and the location. I highly recommend living here. read more

My partner and I have lived here four or five years, since a few months after the building opened, and we really love Coldwater. It's truly spoiled us. We've considered leaving (solely because we love to garden and would love to have a yard) but we never do; we always renew our lease and I've got a good feeling that we will again. The amenities, size, and location are too perfect to be beat and it's so quiet and peaceful. Every staff member since we've moved in has been very kind and responsive, and they know folks by name (and often times they know their dogs by name too-- a smart touch in Austin!). I like: -How close everything is. Eating, groceries, entertainment-- there's a ton of everything in walking distance. -Cool, underground assigned parking in the busiest part of Austin -There's tiny lesser-known park to enjoy across the street when Zilker is full of festival-goers -Relaxed neighborhood. Everyone is active but no one is trying to be in anyone else's business. We know a fair amount of our neighbors but mostly I just interact with neighbors to talk about their dogs! -There is a fair amount of traffic on the street because the lot across the street is parking for baseball and for Zilker Park events, and we're next door to a school/restaurants. Communication from the City was dicey the first year we lived there about festival traffic, but management has obviously worked with the City on their festival traffic plan because it's really intuitive now. Management clearly communicates the plans with us, too. Altered traffic patterns a few weeks a year is something I'm 100% willing to put up with to live in such an awesome central area. -There are monthly events for residents and there are also holiday events you can see from the roof-- everyone piles up there with their guests for Fourth of July, which is a lot of fun. People are always using the grills at predictable times, but more often than not you find yourself the only one and you can enjoy the whole roof or pool or courtyard to yourself. Folks go up there and watch expensive festival performances (yes, you can see and hear it from the roof... probably a great deal better than folks in the concert crowds, too!).... OR you can hang out in your unit and never notice any of those festivities because the apartments are absolutely sound-proof, which we have also done. It always shocks us that if you open your patio door, you're blasted by sound, and then it closes to reveal perfect silence. We've napped through fireworks and forgot they had happened until the following day. The flip side of this also means you can be loud and never get that perturbed banging-on-the-wall response from neighbors! :) -Valet trash pickup, and a trash chute in most every other hour if you get too much trash to put it out at once. -Storage rooms on the property that you can rent; once you get one, you keep it for the remainder of your lease, but you can make the decision if you want to keep the storage area if you renew. I've lived in places where I've been nickel-and-dimed and I feel Coldwater is not that place at all. The only thing I've had to pay for aside from rent has been for my pets and a storage unit we had for a while-- and I chose those things. When we had a ridiculously high water bill a couple years ago, Rosie worked with us and made sure a) there was no leak, and then b) negotiated with the utility company to audit our meter. I appreciate living somewhere management doesn't want us to have to be ripped off, either, and will advocate on our behalf so we aren't. Things I haven't liked: -The garage can, in some hours of the day, be straight-up dark. That makes them a little freaky but mostly just really hard to see what you're doing, driving or trying to sort something out in your car after work or before a trip, or especially looking for your bike on the lower garage level. -The elevators break often, though the other one will usually be working. Neighbors often let their dogs off leash, and leave their valet trash in bags on the ground, rather than in the designated bins (or in any kind of bin!). We have seen animal excrement in the hallways and have seen some leaking bags flat on the carpet on more than one occasion, usually weekly, and these things stain the carpeted halls. Now, what impolite neighbors do is NOT management's fault, I realize-- but some of those messes didn't get cleaned for weeks. Because valet trash and dogs off-leash is a daily thing, the humid hallways get really funky really fast. We feel they could do a better job enforcing those things. I've seen them make attempts to fix it afterward-- recently all hallways were deep-cleaned, which I appreciate-- but a proactive enforcement would be more practical and sanitary. I've lived all kinds of places and I've gotta say-- I love Coldwater because they get every important thing right with flying colors, and their "problems" aren't really problems, in our experience. A few months ago, I spent a few days scoping out just about every apartment in downtown Austin and SoCo. I can honestly say that nothing compares to coldwater. I love that the apartments are luxurious without being pretentious or cold. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful, the building is in walking distance to Zilker, and the spacious apartments come with a parking space, a sound system, and blackout curtains. As a new Austinite, I'm so thrilled with the amount of social activities at the apartment- everything from fitness classes, wine tastings, yappy hours.... I'm now moving in, and excited to spend my days taking in views of downtown Austin on the star deck (coldwater's AMAZING roof deck) and walking 30 seconds to some of Austin's best food trucks and hiking trails. read more

When I first moved to town I looked at a number of apartment buildings (The Catherine, Zilkr on the Park, etc.) and Coldwater was by far the nicest. And honestly, I wouldn't have thought that looking at their website. Not only is it a stone's throw from the lake and the hike and bike trails, all the apartments are built like condos so they are really quiet and feel like homes. The floor plans are also so much better than the other buildings I looked at. The leasing staff is especially nice as well. Oh also, I saw another reviewer said Verizon wireless doesn't work here - not true. I have Verizon wireless and have no issues. Wifi also works great. Water pressure and rapid temperature adjustment also great. read more

I have lived in Coldwater for 2 years. My issues are with thetheir management team.The first year of a unruly neighbor who's music was turned up all night long several nights a week, with management of not knowing how to handle it. I was calling security a few nights a week with plenty of documentation. I eventually moved to another unit away from him, because they did not know how to evict him. Which was more money of course. The second issue is I had a life-threatening event happen I needed to move, although it is at the end of my lease once again the inexperience management team Who I gave plenty of notice that I would be moving out early, and could have paid a reletting fee for the last month was ignored so I am paying for an empty apartment till my lease is up. I also emailed the regional director for Graystar with no return email or a phone call. The building is in a great location but if you have to deal with anything that requires support from their management your response will be NOT that of a luxury apartment. read more

My wife and I have lived here since June 2015 and have loved it. We've lived at 5 addresses in Austin since 2010 (rent has gone up more than 200% since we arrived) and these have been by far the best value. Definitely come by for a tour or just read the other comments for an overview of the amenities you can see. Here's my take on what you'll find once actually living in the complex (good and bad): - We got a 2-year lease. Not sure if they still offer them, but if you can it insulates you from rent increases for a year which is crucial if you want to stay long-term in Austin at the moment. - Slightly more expensive than nearby complexes, but you get what you pay for: solid concrete construction with great noise insulation, granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances. - In-building storage units are very useful. My family easily downsized to a 1-bedroom. - We appreciated the built-in living room speakers (aux input) way more than we thought we would - If you have a ground-level unit, keep in mind people can easily see in your windows when they're out walking their dogs. Enough said... - Parking is tough. Learn to back in if you can. It's not really the complex's fault: some people just feel the need to drive extended crew cab trucks with dualies and overflow the lines in all directions. - Windows are double-pane but not particularly well sealed. You can hear the train whistle quite clearly any time it's going south on MoPac (2-4 times a day). To be fair, if you're closer to downtown or in a place that is not made of concrete, it'll be MUCH louder and you'll hear the wheels squealing as it takes the turn across Lamar. - Every Wednesday evening during the summer and during ACL you will be able to hear loud music coming from Zilker Park. Kindof a no-brainer, they're huge outdoor concerts a 5 minute walk away, but some people complain. - Having food trucks in our back yard (and a string of great restaurants beyond that) has been amazing. And has made dieting hard. - There is an Austin Bcycle Station just down the street. We drove a lot less and were considering selling our car because we could bike downtown any time in under 10 minutes, which is way less than it takes to drive and find parking. - You can get all your basic stuff a short walk down Barton Springs at Thom's Market. We go there almost every day! - The gym is remarkably well appointed and clean - This area is very safe even late at night - The maintenance staff, especially Carlos and Luis, are amazing!!! - We've never had an issue with management. Just make sure you understand the terms of your lease. There's nothing tricky in it, but unlike a lot of other complexes, they actually hold people accountable for the crap they sometimes try to pull. For example, this complex is non-smoking. So: don't smoke and they won't fine you. Easy. There are no pets allowed on the roof. Don't bring your pets on the roof and they won't fine you. It's not hard. No glass allowed in the pool.... you get the idea. It's not rocket surgery. - No Google Fiber. Kinda sucks, but even though the building was already completely wired for fiber, Google wanted something like 400 grand to turn it on or something dumb like that. Just get AT&T Gigapower. I love Google, but Gigapower is identical as far as I could tell: also $70, also 1Gbps down AND up, also unlimited bandwidth. read more

Coldwater is a fantastic place to live. The staff is stellar, from the head office to the maintenance crew. I watched it being built and it's by far the best construction I have seen for a multi-residence building in Austin. Beautiful courtyard and roof, pool, fitness room, Great Room, well-designed apartments, elevators, very safe, garage parking. Steps away from the trails at Zilker Park. Have lived here since it opened and highly recommend. read more

I have lived here for almost two years and still really enjoy it. The location is great and the apartments are both nice quiet but the thing that stands out, is the helpfulness of the staff. The office staff are very helpful and the maintenance is the friendliest and best I have ever seen. Luis and Carlos two of the maintenance staff, have definitely helped me out of a bind more than once. read more

My husband & stayed here for 5 days and just returned home. I cannot believe that I accidentally found the perfect place in Austin for our needs! Everything about the apartment was wonderful, the pool area is awesome and the Star Deck was over the top. The convenience of parking the car & walking everywhere made it absolutely perfect. We could not believe the number of restaurants/bars/parks, etc. within walking distance. When we return to Austin we would love to stay here again. read more
