Last year when I was relocating from Los Angeles to Minneapolis I only had two days to find an apartment. I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? I told him "yes!I was", but I told him my credit is a work in progress and not high... I was told we had 30 minutes to go over legal binding material. If that wasn't enough time I would have to reschedule. Granted this appointment was not last minute or told this ahead of time. My ex was hostile towards me and my guest. Then Tara tried to say I was hostile, when I was the calm one also the primary on the house we were sellin. I also wasn't offered any of the goodies they had on display on the way to the room. Since they had taken my ex in another room and taken up the appointment time. I had little time to go over it, and was asked to reschedule. Tara when we came back was hostile. When I polite asked if she had received my email about changes I found over the weekend. she responded that was it her or Jon I sent the email to. Since I figured that they both us it since I used the reply button. She retorted that I didn't even know who I was talking to. My guest was again asked to leave. which then I would fire them and go with another Title company. Tara then got ahold of Jon, who decided to go over the paperwork via zoom with us and Tara. I found that they had 10,000 less than was agreed to on the paperwork and other errors. When I told tara about the 10k she wanted proof. I had it but I shouldn't need proof. Who ever had changed the number should have needed to show proof. I would maybe work with Jon but def not Tara again. She tried to rush everything and I found many errors on the paperwork. I didn't have the same experience with Hudson Murphy when I bought the house. I would go with his team if you are looking.

Also his organization skills and attention to detail were exceptional and something we look for in our real estate professional. He also provided a game plan (professional photos, stager, pre-inspection, etc.) for selling our home and getting the best price. We were lucky enough to sell our house before it went on the market, even without the photos or stager but this is also where Paul excels in his field. He has contacts with his silent seller program and brought us a perspective buyer who bought our home on the spot. He also helped us in our home search and was always "thinking outside the box" in order to find every option available. In the end we decided to build since that provided everything we were looking for in our next home, but Paul added a service there too.
