When we arrived to move his stuff in, the house was still full of the seller items, even a fridge full of food. Also, the house had not been cleaned AT ALL, like cat food in the bathroom and dog hair filling the kitchen! It was a really unfortunate situation for someone moving into their first home. We had a great 30-year rate already, but we wanted to take advantage of the low rates. I called and checked online with 7 different mortgage companies and I'm so thankful we chose First Class Mortgage. Not only did they offer the best rate and lowest closing costs of the other companies, but they offered assurance that if the loan process took longer than expected (which is common with the low interest rates right now), they would take care of it and we wouldn't have to pay extra to continue locking in the rate. This was something none of the other companies were willing to do. Thankfully, their team processed our loan as quickly as possible. They made the process so very simple; we were able to do everything except the closing (which was also perfect) in person. They were clear about everything from the beginning and answered every question we had. They communicated with us every step of the way so that there were no surprises. To top it all off, despite telling us our rate would be locked in and couldn't be reduced, their team was able to get our rate down from 2.375% to 2.25%! WOW! We continued to look endlessly until we finally found the home we bought in August and closed in early September. Travis has excellent knowledge of the Real Estate in the area and a great deal of knowledge of what is a small problem or a large problem with a house. As first time home buyers, my husband and I really enjoyed working with Travis and RE/MAX. If/When the time comes again, I'm sure we will return.

When we met with them I explained that we are looking at building the same house as their model house we walked through with the same upgrades. First off Josh told us that the lot we wanted to build on was $10,000 more than the model lot even though it was smaller and in the middle of the development. He then went through all the upgrades in the model house and "accidently" forgot to tell us that the fireplace was an upgrade. When I told Josh that the cabinets were an upgrade he told me I was wrong, but yet it was listed on MLS as an upgrade. His MLS listing also said that a fully sodded lot and irrigation system was included but apparently that was also false advertising. Josh said that he did not know that was in the description and continued to talk in circles trying to see how much money he could get out of us. Josh's direct quote was, "This is a cut throat business and it's first come first serve." Josh would not even quote us a price for the house we wanted to build but yet that was what the initial meeting was for. It's too bad that Amelia, who was very nice and professional, has to work for such an egotistical, arrogant, person who I feel knows very little about construction and how to treat potential customers.

Kelly Taucher reached out... I'm not sure what it was.. her tone? Her optimism? Just speaking to someone who sounded interested in helping me sell? Whatever it was? I felt this...relief? Confidence? wash over me. I felt like she meant what she said and she could get my property sold! Then there was: I live about 18 miles away but I still drive over to the condo once a week or every ten days to run the water and flush the toilets. Then when you jump through all the hoops they want money they already paid you back because supposedly there was a lean on the property. When clearly I paid up to almost $10000.00 and they said everything was good through my mortgage company so clearly someone lied to me and that later know longer exist and went into another mortgage company. Without even telling there was a lean on my property how come it never showed up when I bought my truck when I took out other loans. But now it shows up when I go to sell my house to you. It's a f--king joke. The mortgage company said everything was up to dated when I borrowed close to $10,000.00 to make it good. And Kris Lindahl says there's a lean on my property I would like to know we're the almost $10000.00 dollars went. That's why you can buy and sell you rip people off I should have went with a regular realtor. I bearly made any money off my house at all. I don't understand why you didn't know this before you waited until we are out obviously you didn't do your job.
