He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing.
