History

Established in 1978.

In October 1983 we became a franchisee of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, known as Coldwell Banker Rehoboth Resort Realty. In May of 1991 Plummer & Co., Realtors was acquired and a Lewes Branch was established on Kings Highway, Lewes. In August of 2002 we doubled the rental force by acquiring the rental department of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rehoboth Beach. In November of 2008, both the Sales and Commercial division also joined us. In September 2011 we acquired the Ramey franchise of Century 21 in Seaford and added 23 highly productive and experienced sales agents to the team. In November 2013 we expanded our territory into Central Delaware by acquiring the Milford operation of First Class Properties. Today we operate four offices. The corporate office is located on Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach in a modern 2-story office building. Our branch offices in Lewes, Seaford and Milford uniquely position us to serve all of Central and Lower Delaware!

Meet the Manager: Bruce P.

Bruce holds the designations ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and has been recognized by the National Academy of Conciliators as a Certified Dispute Settler. He has traveled extensively completing thousands of hours of training in Residential and Commercial/Investment real estate, and is a much sought after instructor by many real estate organizations. Bruce was a partner in his own firm (Plummer & Co., REALTORS) until 1991 when he sold his company to Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, the area's largest full service real estate firm. He served as the Managing Broker of the Lewes branch for 12 years, later as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the company, and is now the firm's Broker and Chief Operating Officer.
