But it wasn't until I encountered Wilgus Associates' management services at my new development that I really blew a gasket: this company chronically failed to answer telephone calls, email, and other inquiries, hardly ever followed up with anything, not only performed zero maintenance at the community, but had the audacity to pay itself for services poorly rendered or not at all rendered. I regard this company as criminally negligent, malfeasant, and worse. I don't know what their problem could possibly be, but I suggest strongly that you DO NOT PATRONIZE.
