We were referred to "Dan" by another realtor who wasn't familiar with the area where we were looking to buy. My first impression was positive, the day we walked into the office to express interest in the area. From that point forward it seemed we were not important enough to be worth his time. He didn't return phone calls, lied to my husband about leaving me messages, we drove over an hour to meet him to see the house we are buying and he didn't show up. We called him after waiting at the property over an hour and he had "forgotten" we had the appointment. When he did show up, he brought zero information about the property, was unable to answer simple questions (we took the paperwork out of the box at the end of the driveway placed by another realtor and that paperwork answered most of our questions), he kept referring us to the internet for answers to our property related inquiries. I felt like we were a massive inconvenience and I would not recommend Dan or this office to anyone I like. We contacted a different realtor, and had a purchase agreement in about a week. read more
