Not sure if the issue is lack of experience, arrogance, exerting control or a combination of all. Their never ending and last minute demands, request and changes of both up until the day before a scheduled closing on a basic family home in a great neighborhood that appraises above purchase price that cost one young family the home should give any prospective customer second thoughts.

He never rushed me, never pushed a sale, and was always the soul of graciousness and patience. Last year, we were hitting Go Time and finally ready to buy a house. I called up Chuck, newly moved to Signature Properties from his previous place. We decided on a house and made an offer, and boy is the process for first-time buyers tough! Nothing changes that. But through it all, Chuck's level of patience and compassionate support seemed bottomless, in the face of second thoughts (twice) about the house and a dozen questions in a day about which he always called back within an hour. I'm sorry to read others' reviews of poor experiences with one of Signature's agents. I never worked with anyone but Chuck, whom I recommend highly to friends, family, and Yelpers.

I had plans of hitting the waterfront and saw this vintage store was on my way from the coffee shop I'd posted up at, so I made a point to wait until it opened to check it out. I was not disappointed! While the shop itself is a little small, it's very well-stocked and curated. Being a designer, I really appreciated the color coding of the clothing racks. It felt easy to peruse versus the feeling of being overwhelmed you might encounter in other vintage stores that sorta pack the racks in. I was surprised at how reasonably all the clothing was priced. They also had a really good selection of accessories and smaller items that would make good gifts. Whenever I travel, I make it a point to visit a local vintage store and this definitely left a good impression on me. There were a few things I wanted to try on, but didn't for fear I'd fall in love and buy. I sadly overpacked for this trip and knew I didn't have much space left in the suitcase. However, now I know that this is a spot to return to when I'm back in the area. Hopefully, much sooner than later.

The clothes are great, but the owner is who really made my experience awesome. Sometimes I feel self-conscious when going vintage shopping, but she was so friendly and encouraging that I quickly let go of feeling shy and tried on a whole pile of clothes. I had so much fun trying on different pieces that my "quick visit" went on for quite a while, and turned into the highlight of my day. There was a small delivery fee (I think it was around $7.00) less than they charge for flower deliveries in California. The flowers were delivered during the time frame that specified.
