After 2 Mohs Surgeries now, I'm ever-more careful to wear sunscreen and a wide visor when out in good weather! Did not do the surgery he told me he would do. He did a different surgery that he tried to correct. I am worse off than before his treatment. He does not take responsibility for the unacceptable treatment I received. I have since consulted another plastic surgeon, who is willing to correct the initial problem that Dr Cole promised he would work on but didn't perform. The second plastic surgeon is also looking into whether the problems that Dr Cole's treatment caused can be corrected. If I could find a lawyer, I would sue him for malpractice. read more

I have been a patient at this practice for 5 years, and couldn't be happier. I've had numerous treatments, and have always been 100% satisfied (at the minimum!). The staff is amazing, from the phones and front office, to the office manager, to the people who perform the magic behind the curtain:-) It's such a pleasant experience going in that this is almost secondary, but my skin looks better today than it did 10 years ago. I'd been seeing Dr Cole and Anita for my Botox/Dysport/Fillers for about 6 years before they closed their Sequim office (where I live), but I always made the drive to see Anita in Silverdale. Earlier this year, Anita changed positions and they brought on a new RN to fill her shoes as the new injector on staff; Zoe. 3 months ago, she did Dysport on me and the results were incredible. Just a few days ago, that got touched up and she did my filler (first time she had done that for me). It was pain free, incredible results, less bruising, and less swelling. Zoe is amazing. I know Anita is killing it in her new position, but they couldn't have hired anyone better than Zoe to take her place. I'll follow Zoe anywhere should she ever go! I've had one procedure here, upper eyelids, and they turned out so beautiful that I'm now going back for the lower eyelids. Dr. Cole and the entire staff are so friendly and accommodating. Today was my first appt. I arrived at 8:50 for my 9:00 appt, I had already completed everything online so the check in took minutes. By 9:30 I still had not been seen and nobody at the front desk had said anything about the wait. At 9:30 I had an incoming call from my surgeons office (I'm getting a knee replacement on 5/13) and I answered. Just as I was explaining that I was in another appt and would need to call them back, the (I assume) PA called me. I stood and held up one finger. She looked annoyed, turned around and closed the door. I turned to the receptionist and said "so sorry but that was my surgeon, I'm having surgery in a couple of weeks". She asked me to have a seat and they would call me again. Instead they called someone who came after me. I waited 10 minutes and asked the front desk if they had skipped me and taken the next person and she said yes. I told her that this was handled very badly and I was leaving. And I did. According to my cell log, I was on the phone for one minute. If I were late for my appt, and they skipped me, that I understand. However, I had been sitting there 30 minutes waiting for them. Uncomplaining I might add. The doctor may be the best but, as a patient, you also interact with their staff and, in this instance, they were sorely lacking. If they are a representation of that office I will not go there again This was a referral for a medical procedure (not elective surgery) and I asked for another referral somewhere else. read more

I am a petite person and had a little bulge on my waist so I decided to have some sculpting (they stated I was the perfect candidate due to my size). I was very skeptical and have read mixed reviews regarding this treatment. I was initially informed I would buy one session and get the second complimentary. I had my procedure 4 months ago and have had zero results. In fact, I have a buckle now under my stomach. I called to have a second treatment and was told it was now 50% off this treatment. I explained I was informed that the second would be complimentary. They said we can only give you 50% off. I will be seeing my previous plastic surgeon. read more

I recently had a HydraFacial with Allison and it was fabulous. I have had many facials in the past, but not a HydraFacial. Honestly, I didn't even know what it was, I was just using a Black Friday Special coupon and happened upon it. But after the treatment though, I was shocked at how amazing my skin looked and felt. It was dewy, glowing, hydrated and felt so clean and refreshed. And Allison was Great! She was kind and personal and she tailored the facial to my skin's needs, going above and beyond what was expected. I will continue getting HydraFacials at Cole Aesthetic Center instead of regular spa facials because I couldn't get over the difference in my skin. After going through laser hair removal, believing that the hair would be permanently gone, and money spent....The hair returned! I was absolutely horrified! When I started treatment in sequim wa, I was told by Jamie that my hair would be gone and I'd only need "up keep" laser treatments. Meaning I'd only need treatments once every couple of months. Well she was wrong and my money was wasted. I now do electrolysis which is an actual permanent solution. Not only that, but out of the blue they started to charge me $195 a month for my treatments rather than the $100 I was paying monthly ON TOP of the $1017.00 that I paid for 7 treatments. I wished that someone would have been honest with me from the beginning of my treatments. But instead they happily took my money and wasted my time and my investment in self care. read more

I had good experiences getting facials and Dysport here but when I trusted them to do my lips it was a whole different story. When I called the receptionist kept pushing me to go to their nurse injector, not dr. Cole. But the nurse was booked out further and even then my days off didn't match her openings. I asked if Dr. Cole would be okay and she said yes but it seemed forced. Unfortunately I booked with him anyways. Immediately after getting my lips done I had a large bump on the bottom left side. I pointed it out and he said that that's where a fat pad is and we want it filled like that. I didn't keep pushing but did cross my mind if he wanted to fill that area like that, why didn't he do it on the other side? July 8th when the swelling is supposed to have gone down I still had lots of bumps including one huge one on the bottom left. I called them and emailed pictures/ explaining what was going on. I was told my options were to apply lots of heat and pressure at home, to get the bump dissolved (but that it would look weird because that spot would be like a dip or depression) OR I could come get it all dissolved. I told her I didn't want to spend MORE money to get it all dissolved and she did not offer any kind of discount. I made an appointment go in but said I would call if I could get it to go down with heat and pressure in the meantime. July 21st I emailed them, canceling my upcoming appointment and telling them I didn't trust them to do anything else to me. I still had lots of bumps. I explained to how self conscious I am to smile now And how upset I am that this happened. No one ever responded. It wasn't until I had a professional injector look at my lips and she was horrified did I decide to write this review. I was right. They did mess up. Not only by the bumps I saw but by all the others inside of my mouth and how he filled deeper than an injector should go. That's why around my mouth was super puffy but my actual lips weren't that much bigger after the swelling completely went down. Even though it wasn't her work, this injector I had look at it offered to dissolve it for free- I took her up on that. It took two vials to get rid of it all and it DID NOT FEEL GOOD. I am writing this because I don't want what happened to me to happen to someone else. I saved for such a long time to get this service done and it has been a nightmare. I am astounded by the negatives reviews on yelp regarding Dr. Cole as my experience is one u want to brag about. 100% Professional, Supportive, Positive! These are just a few words that describe the experience I had with Dr. Cole and his team. I met Dr. Cole in December for a consultation. He was efficient, personable, professional, and confident that he could help me achieve my goals. I felt assured and so excited about the future of my skin that I wanted my appointments underway immediately. During the following 4 months I was traveling quite a bit and the staff was more than willing to accommodate my schedule. I have completed BBL treatment on my face and neck, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and skin resurfacing to treat severe sun damage, acne scarring, and drooping upper eyelids. The results exceeded my expectations.My skin is smooth, healthy, and glowing. My renewed look has awed my friends and family. My only regret is that I didn't consider aesthetic treatment earlier. I have been going to Cole for the last year to treat my acne and by far it is the BEST option out there. For some reason last winter, my cystic acne came back with a vengeance at 25 years old. Products only seemed to make it worse. When I first started treating my skin with the laser, the process took a little under an hour. There was a little discomfort, but it's absolutely worth it because there were RESULTS! It seemed to get a little worse before it got better, but that was because the laser was pulling out all of the really deep zits. After a few more treatments though, my skin was clearing fast. They are even able to get rid of old acne scars and freckles to boot! Now they have another laser technique that is virtually painless and almost makes me fall asleep. It gets rid of all my sebaceous filaments and any surface acne so it's a great touch up treatment. Once every so often I will have to go back to the more invasive laser to tackle the deeper acne, but that is rare these days. I feel bad for my friends that have gone on Acutane, because laser is definitely the way to go. My skin is only a little red afterwards, and it only lasts an hour or two. My skin pretty much glows for the next week after. As for the office itself, it is very nice inside. The front desk ladies are an absolute delight and the entire staff is very friendly and informative. They can set you in the right direction for what results you are looking for. While I'm not able to respond to the reply from my original review of this business, I will say here, again ,that I was never told upfront of any time frame where my deposit would be null and void. This practice took money without ever rendering any service and has made no attempt to right the situation in any manner. The manager who responded to my original review has never reached out to me personally even after I requested to speak to her. If I had been told that there was a time frame, I would not have put a payment down period. I only did so because I was told they would never make an appointment without a down payment before hand. Life happens and unforeseen issues sometimes get in the way of appointments that are basically a luxury. If this business is so without conscience that they need to take 75$ from someone who was asking to have a service done, so be it. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. As for making sure that people understand from the beginning that there is a 12 month time frame, in this instance it is an outright lie. read more

My experience was less than impressive here. The staff was not very attentive. No offer for water, or direction to the bathrooms. etc. I was left waiting for an extended period of time due to a client coming in for an emergency of some kind. It would have been helpful to not have been left alone in the room for so long. The anesthesia wore off by the time the Dr. came in for my Perlane filler. I had told him that I was resistant but he was just not listening to me. He had to anestethize me again so I was there for far too long. When I told him I wanted to have the Botox injected above my eyebrows, he said ok I won't give you that surprise look. Hello that is the purpose to raise the eyebrows to open my eyes up. I was moderately impressed by the staff and Dr. The results however were AWESOME. SInce there are so many other Dr. options, I will not go back. read more

100% satisfaction with my procedure and the great staff!! Not just for ladies, men. I'm in my mid 40s and had my fat pockets under my eyes removed. I'm very glad I did it. I currently go to Cole Aesthetic Center for laser hair removal in the underarm and Brazilian areas. I started out seeing Meghan; she was amazing! Although she has since moved on, I now see esthetician Krista in the Sequim office. She is very professional and thorough in making sure every area gets zapped by the laser to ensure no future hair growth. I purchased the 7-pack of laser hair removal treatments and highly recommend this practice for this service. My fiance also had excess skin removed from some slightly droopy eyelids and we are over-the-moon with the results. He looks absolutely amazing and Dr. Cole did a fantastic job with that procedure! read more

I've recently moved to Sequim from a large metropolitan city so granted my experiences may be a bit different. However, when I made an appointment at the Cole Aesthetic Center for Botox, (frown lines) I mistakenly believed I would be seeing the Physician. I have had Botox and fillers injected for over 10 years and never had anyone but an MD, in fact, a plastic or facial plastic surgeon do the injecting. After paying my $75 fee in advance, I was escorted into a treatment room by the RN who I assumed would be getting preliminary info before I saw the doctor. When it became clear she was the one doing the injecting it is absolutely my own mistake for not asking for clarification. I did have Dysport injected and then paid an additional $355. I left hoping that having spent nearly double my previous injections that the benefit would be worth it. The RN did advise me that the benefits would take a week or so to show up and that if I was not satisfied to come back in. Sadly, it is now just over 2 weeks later and I see less than 50% improvement in my frown lines. I do not intend to return to spend more money for minimal results. read more

It began with Dr. Cole's staff the called me from a referral from my internist. Easy and professional. And, knowing that I'm from Port Ludlow, his staff even took the time to call and alert me that the Hood Canal Bridge was having unusually long openings. Upon arriving, I found Dr. Cole's office staff to be as friendly and professional as I would expected, and the office tastily done to assure patient comfort. Upon meeting the Dr. we had a brief conversation as he examined me; suggested a minor procedure; and, asked if I wanted to proceed. I agreed. It's now just two weeks later, and all went as the doctor described, in terms of the result. Dr. Cole is truly a professional that I would recommend to others. I'm a man in my 70th year, and don't need coddling. I found him to be exactly what I'd ask for in a physician... knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, and a good communicator. read more

Dr. Cole and his staff proved to be highly competent, patient and are to be complimented for their efforts to explain my procedure and the pertinent medical necessities underlying the rationale for my surgery. Dr. Cole carefully delineated them; I believe this to be instrumental in my obtaining 100% coverage from my insurance company immediately. Dr. Cole performed upper blepheroplasty surgery upon both of my eyelids and successfully removed bothersome lesions from both eyelids, so as to leave no trace of their existence. The blepheroplasty proved so successful that many people, including some of my other physicians, could see no trace of the blepheroplasty after the normal post operation recovery period. My 'consultation' was a sales pitch for Botox and fillers, even though I indicated that I wasn't interested in that as a treatment. She also referred to one of her clients with wrinkles as 'hideous'; this is professional? Avoid this place! You can do better.... read more

Dr. Cole and his staff are great. I am surprised and disappointed to see the two less than stellar reviews. Both cases seem to be more of a communication snafu than anything else. I went in to have a simple eye procedure done to remove a stye back around 2008. I got very little "bedside manner" at all from the doctor. I was nervous and got little to no reassurance from anyone there. Instead of talking me through what he was doing, Dr. Cole allowed his curious group of female assistants/fans to crowd around me -- during the procedure -- while they all discussed what he was doing to me like I was some kind of side show. They seemed like a bunch of girls fawning over a rock-star or something. I actually groaned in pain a couple of times and said "ouch, that hurts!" a few times hoping to get some kind of pain relief or at least a kind word, but was virtually ignored. I left there afterward feeling a bit "used" like I was just a monkey in some kind of science experiment. I will never set foot in there again. Here it is in 2013 and I'm still haunted by the experience to this day. read more
