I was really excited about trying this new nail shop. My son and I were able to get in for a pedicure same day, which was nice. The shop was clean and they served complimentary beverages which was a bonus. This was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. The gal filed my nails so far down that I was bleeding. Not just on one toe either... Both my sons and my pedicure looked terrible by the end. We waited 35 minutes thinking they were going to come back and clean them up/top coat, something!! But they didn't, they were finished and moved on to the next customer. We finally just got up and waited another 5 minutes by the register to be acknowledged. I didn't go in with ingrown toe nails... :/ I went to this shop a few months ago and have waited to post this review to see if I would have to go to the doctors in case my toes got seriously infected. Listen, I moved to WA from HI 3 years ago and for 3 years I've been looking for a go to salon. I am VERY meticulous with my nails. I walked in on a Sunday to set an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. Immediately I felt the difference in the atmosphere. It was calm and when spoken to you could tell that the ladies here have a genuine, positive attitude. I was excited for my upcoming appointment. Appointment day...SO MANY GEL COLOR OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. The one I chose was way too sheer and the gal helped me to pick another one close to the idea that I had in mind. Did my toes first and then my nails to follow & she NAILED it (pun intended). My natural nails were grown out and I asked her to taper it and square it off. Guys, she did the best coffin shape I have ever had done on my real nails and she did it quick. She was gentle; no tearing or aggravation to my skin. Did I mention that they offered beverages while you got service done? Oh yeah. I'll be back & I told all my aunties, uncles, sisters, brothers, cousins & all of my followers on social media. I'm updating my 4 star pedicure review to reflect a 1 star manicure review. It's almost comical how bad this 3 day old manicure is. My cuticles got so chewed up by how fast the nail tech worked, cutting me twice. If he just took careful time and attention it likely wouldn't be so bad. He sped through the process, didn't cover all sides or edges with polish. Maybe the polish was old? All I've done is cook and relax this weekend, no major strain on my hands. Who knows, but this easily is the worst manicure. I'll still stand by my 4-star pedicure that is hanging on ok, but that female tech took way more time and care with me. read more

I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon and spa! I waited to make my review until I was for sure I had an ingrown toenail among the bad nail polish service I had! Not only did I wait for an hour for my scheduled appointment, but the lady who did my pedicure gave me two ingrown toenails! I had bubbles on the new set they just gave me, my nails were so big that it made my hands look huge and they ended up finishing up my pedicure while I was getting my nails done at the desk not at the pedicure chair! So essentially, I had my paraffin wax underneath the nail desk. fortunately, I had gone to another nail salon in Bremerton and they ended up fixing one of the Ingle toenails but we're unable to finish the other one, so I have an appointment at the end of the month to a podiatrist to fix the painful ingrown toenail, they gave me! and they did such a terrible job with the dip that my nails ended up popping off a week later. No I did not go back. I now go to future nails in Bremerton and I have not had any bad experiences there. They're the ones that actually fix one of my ingrown toenails. read more

If I could rate this shop at a zero I would. I went in on Mother's Day to get a full set and and at first my nails were fine. Until a week later all of them started to lift really bad. So I went to Hot nails to have them fix them cause why would I go back so someone that messed them up? Then one more started to lift on the other hand. When I called and talked to Lynn about it she asked me why didn't you just come back to let me fix it? I told her because I didn't want her to mess my nails up again. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, she told me to come in and she will fix that one nail.. Only for the same thing to happy the very next day. Very friendly staff that is constantly concerned and caring towards comfort level. Beverages are offered often and they ask how you are doing often. The salon was nice and tidy and comfortable for the lengthy appointment I had. I just needed a full set of nails with a custom ombré paint job. It was a bit more than I expected to pay and I did not get enough polish (the paint was one coat for each color and is so thin my nails looked very worn the next day!) which is why I removed a star. I did experience having to wait longer because there was only one nail tech and she was juggling 3 guests at one time and each of us had her running around in between each step which felt a little frustrating but I appreciate that she was just trying so hard to help everyone on her own. My group left 20 minutes into our appointment. There was one tech for the three of us and she did not know what she was doing. When she started buffing my wet toe & nail after putting callus remover, not cuticle remover, on I knew we were in trouble. My nails are dried out and damaged now. Every time I go in here, there is only one or two nail technicians working. They still try to take several customers at a time though and work partially on each customer bouncing from one to another. I was patient and waited because I heard they did a good job but I will try somewhere else. TWO of my powder dip nails have come off of my nails within less than a week and one was within less than a day! They're supposed to last weeks not days. I got my eyebrows waxed and they were super attentive and made sure to groom them after but they put the wax too far down on my eyelids and ripped off the skin there. It finally scabbed over in a couple days and healed about a week later. read more

My acrylics had come off and my nails needed a manicure BAD! I noticed Crystal Nails had opened up recently, so I decided to give them a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and the woman who greeted me was very friendly. Even though she was helping a customer, she quickly grabbed someone to help me too. The salon was very bright, clean, and was very spacious. They sat me down to look at the gel colors and had a HUGE variety which I loved. The guy who helped me was very nice, professional, and gentle on my hands. They offered drinks to which I thought was a nice touch. He did my manicure efficiently and did a very nice job!!
