Outstanding service. They came out after hours yesterday and diagnosed a bad fan motor on the outside unit. Part had to be ordered, so I volunteered to go pick it up to save a day. The very nice, efficient lady ordered it before 8 this morning and called to tell me where to pick it up in Garland. I had it in their hands at 11:30, and they were putting it in by 12:30. They are cool. We are, too. July 2019, and I continue to be impressed with their service. The Trane system they put in 14 years ago had to be replaced because of a leak. They came out three times to add refrigerant while waiting for the new system to arrive, and deducted the charge from the cost of the new system. Then on installation day the new system was not delivered, so they went to Dallas to pick it up and were still done by 2 PM. This was service far beyond what I expected. read more

Cole air conditioning is a very disappointing company and I do NOT recommend using them. I had been a customer of theirs for years and spent thousands of dollars on new units and service only to be treated like I was trying to rip them off. Basically, their tech didn't fix the furnace the first time and only one heat strip was working. When I realized it after it got really cold outside, it was a rent house, they were closed for the holiday, and I had to use another company thereby doubling my cost. I approached them to address the situation, and they chose to be totally rude about it. I'll never use them again and hopefully by reading this review you won't either. read more

$99.00 for 30 minutes of service. Empty AC p-trap and refill it with water...really...that's a $99.00 visit. Why did you need to empty the water if you put water back in. I will be going to their office to speak to the owners. Price gouging a 70 year old woman is disgusting read more

they sent an AC teck over my house for dripping from AC unit;The pan/ttray under the ac unit was overflowing and leaking through the celing;AC teck did soak my towel from the bathroom to absorb overflowing water and in 10 min was done;Did charge $99.The next day I faced the same problems: leaking from the ceiling;Robert, AC teckbasically did not do nothing;The worst service possible. read more
