Asked me a preference for tire pressure or if there was anything extra he could help me with. All in all he was very professional and done a great job. I'm guessing it was the manager, he had on a red and black outfit. He kept belittling and just treating the man working on my car like he was just stupid. I know the man was very embarrassed, because I even felt uncomfortable and felt bad for him. They made him clean my windows after I specifically asked him not to but I told him to go ahead so he didn't get into trouble and I also told him I am sorry for the way he was being treated the way they were treating him. When the young man walked out of the garage, not sure if he was taking lunch or where he went, but I heard them talking about him and laughing. I just felt very bad for him, and I think the manager and a couple more there were very degrading. Very Unprofessional Place!

This is by far the worst place I've ever had work on my car the transmission went out they kept it…read moreone month and a week just rebuilding it then they tell me it's fixed come get it when I drove it home it shifted really hard and had a loud squeal noise it didnt have that before I took it to them so I have had my car for 20 days and guess what ....the transmission is out again it just stopped pulling so my advice to anyone about this place is dont take your vehicle there they just tigg it togather so they can get paid....

We called several shops and nobody would take us in. Turley's Transmission was the ONLY place that would, not only bring us in on short notice but, also considered our accommodation situation...we were living in it! Danny is a man of integrity, honesty, and compassion. He showed us broken parts and explained everything to us step by step. He had us ready to go in a few days. We appreciated Danny, Darrell, and the local guys so much that we decided to stay a few more days after that! We were actually sad to be leaving. Our RV runs perfectly but most importantly, we've met family. Don't y'all worry we will be back!!!!
