Service Requested/No response I've called multiple times over the past three weeks (at least 5-6) to request someone come out to give an estimate on a sunroom. Each time I left my name and number. I also filled out the form on their website to request a consultation. I finally spoke to one guy who requested I take pictures of my backyard to send to him which I did. And then I never heard back again. He never called me back which is odd. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or unorganized but it should not take multiple calls over and over to get someone to come out. At this point we will use another contractor as this is probably an indicator of how they do business. Unresponsive to customers. read more

We contracted with RAMCO to tear down our old patio cover and build a new screen room in its place. We are more than plead with the results! We can now sit outside without the worry of mosquitoes as well as the hot sun. The installers did a beautiful job and we highly recommend RAMCO! They even hid all the wiring that was exposed under the overhang. read more

You will find that RAMCO is a THE small company you are looking for that will deliver a top notch product with a great long term warranty and professional installation. My wife and I have had RAMCO replace all of the wood windows in our home over two separate projects. I can tell you we have nothing but good things to say about them and, if we had to do it again or if a friend or family member needed a recommendation, I would 100% recommend Ramco and I would personally find the business card of Eric who handled our jobs. We had a walk in shower conversion for my elderly mother. Paid the deposit in September with an installation date in December. The unit was finally installed in February, at which time we paid the balance. The pipe leading up to the shower head has been spewing water since the first day. They came back to fix it in a reasonable amount of time, but the fix didn't hold and it's spewing now worse than ever. Multiple calls later, they haven't come back. read more

I cannot recommend this company to install vinyl siding. Since I signed the contract in September 2020, this has been a huge headache and absolute disappointment. Start date for install was expected second week of December 2020, but with multitude of excuses the project finally started 25 February 2021 and completed 9 March 2021. Since then the installers had to return at least NINE times to repair siding. Yes the company kept their word about sending a crew out to fix stuff but the installers would only do a quick repair. Attached are pictures of everything that went wrong and still going on. Supposably a warranty claim was approved but there is no action from the warranty claims department nor RAMCO to indicate that a repair is coming. I have reached to the owner and was told to contact the main business phone during normal working hours and that he will forward my information to his staff. UPDATE: As of today 27 July 2022 the only person that has reached out to me in regards to the warranty is David Ray a RAMCO rep. I have attached updated photos showing how much the vinyl has separated since I wrote this post. UPDATE: As of today 17 August 2022, I was informed it will be another 4 to 6 weeks before supplies will be delivered. UPDATE: On the 4th and 5th of October RAMCO installers and project manager took down three sections of vinyl and replaced with new vinyl siding. The 6th of October I noticed one of the panels that was just replaced started to detach. I contacted David Ray and sent a photo. We scheduled a time for the crew to come back out on the 19th of October in the morning. This morning the 19th I asked twice when is the expected time of arrival. I was then informed they won't be able to come out until lunch time. I informed David Ray that I was scheduled for the morning and I cannot keep missing work. Between the 4th, 5th and this morning I missed 19 hours of work for them not to fix the issue. I contacted the owner about my concerns and at 10 AM I get a phone call from the owners secretary stating that Les Stone got my text message and that he is at a conference and he will contact me Friday to discuss. UPDATE 22 OCT 2022. I was told by RAMCO that Les Stone the owner will contact me this past Friday after he returns from his conference. I was not contacted by him or the project manager. So if you are looking for a company to absolutely blow you off and provide excuse after excuse for not fixing the poor installation of siding this is the company to go with. I highly recommend anyone looking for vinyl siding absolutely go with another company. The owner, project manager and installers (Jay and Richard) are only there to throw the material up on the walls as quick as possible and with the least amount of quality craftsmanship and quality control. **** all photos attached are from all issues since install and constant repairs **** read more

Had siding, patio roof with fan installed several years ago. The roof was not at the height that we agreed on, but the contractors never came back to fix it, so, I didn't have to pay the final $583. Recently, the siding was coming up where it meets the J-channel. I called to get an estimate of what they would charge to fix it. Called twice and sent pictures; never got a call back. So, I got someone else to fix it, which was a good thing. Found out that the nails used at the bottom of the siding were small inside nails that had rusted and gone thru the siding, causing the J-channel to come loose. The nails should have been galvanized nails that have a larger head and do not rust and hold the siding down. I'm thankful that they did not call me back because the company that I got was awesome and very reasonable. If you get siding make sure you put in your contract that they will use galvanized nails; get 3 estimates and check reviews read more
