We were on the last quarter of a 2000-mile journey on a Sunday afternoon and needed a new tire. I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. Thank you so much and we couldn't have asked for better treatment and customer service.

My family was stranded on the side of the road for hours after dealing with a lack of communication with AAA forcing us to eventually have to leave our vehicle unlocked with the key hidden while still on the interstate in the wee hours of the morning/night; in the hopes they could get a wrecker to the location. By the time McCoy got the service call and arrived to pick up the vehicle, someone else was there literally trying to steal our car! Jamie immediately called me and after some discussion contacted the sheriff's office to assist with sorting things out... this all the while we're feverishly trying to get back to vehicle. Luckily we were able to text Jamie documents proving the vehicle belonged to us that he was able to show the trooper. Jamie's refusal to leave and stand in the gap for us until everything was sorted out was top notch customer service! Went in for a faulty air compressor and they said they had to do their own inspection. They then finished the inspection and then said that they couldn't find the issue with the A/C unit even after I told them it was the air compressor. Went to a different mechanic and they had no issue fixing my car. Do not go to this mechanic.
