Super small, local buisness. Really glad I passed by the food was definitely unique. I liked that the second you stepped into the bakery you could see and smell everything being made in-house. The cashier was very nice giving us time to order and great reccomendations. My only complaint is that I wish the food would have been heated up. I love this cute little bakery. Parking is easy on the street and lots surrounding (although paid). This is definitely a grab and go place. There are a few small tables outside, but they're usually full. I love that they have a good variety that changes very frequently. I got a fun bread pastry with an egg/ricotta/proscuitto. It's cute inside, grab and go style. I've heard great things about this place and have been wanting to try for a while. I got a donut, cinnamon roll, breakfast bun, and coffee cake. The breakfast bun was delicious!!!! It was the perfect blend of seasoning, egg, meat, bread. The coffee cake was dissapointing, I just felt like it was lacking flavor and could benefit from being a little smaller. The donut was one of the most light and airy donuts I've ever had. Colette Bread & Bakeshop offers a tempting selection of (mostly) sweet and savory pastries. We ordered the savory brioche with egg, ricotta, proscuitto, and sprinkled with everything bagel topping. The bread was fluffy and it had great flavor. I wish it had been warmed up though. We also ordered the orange cardamon bun. It was tasty; however, I wish it had a bolder organge/cardamon flavor. Cutest bread shop! Went in here at the end of the day so there weren't many options but I grabbed the banana and chocolate muffin and let me tell you...it was perfect!!! Great local bakery that I can't imagine getting any better is now open. This morning I arrived to a small line of three to four people ahead of me. When I placed my order for a blueberry scone and brioche tart and sourdough ( I was only planning on purchasing the sourdough) I found out that I purchased the last loaf. The person behind me asked for a loaf of sourdough and was told they were serving brioche and it was on rotation. The sourdough was perfection. Just out of the oven fresh. The brioche tart barely made it home. It was very good as was the scone. I'm trying to save the blueberry scone for tea. I'm happy the owner, Sarah has found a place to make her own. I'm looking forward to seeing what she's has in store for the future. It seems I got there just in time this morning. When I left there was a small line of about eight. There are a few barstools outside for seating. Parking is limited so prepare for that'. UPDATE: Yes, an update an entire day after my first visit. Yesterday, I devoured the brioche tart so today when I went in for coffee I was on the lookout for that and the blueberry scone. Also, the nicest ladies working the counter let me know the brioche tart would be available in about an hour. They had just sold out of the tarts a moment ago. Now, the update the sourdough is CHEF'S KISS. Though I have been purchasing sourdough elsewhere it was nothing like this. The sourdough was damn good. Run don't walk. I also got a chance to get a latte today from the pop-up Mezcal.Atl. I ordered The Standard which has vanilla and cardamom. It was quite good. Subtle flavor. He is only there one more day. read more

If you're curious how good this place is, I can tell you I drive 40 miles for their sourdough and focaccia bread and it's worth it every time. My family uses their bread to make sandwiches at home and it lasts 1-2 days before it's gone. read more

Cute little bakery in poncey highlands. They have limited parking right near here, so keep that in mind. There are some other parking options close by so plan ahead! Stopped by after coffee for morning snacks. Walked right in. Small bakery with somone upfront to help immediately. Didn't stay to eat, took pastries home. Savory carrot pastry was delicious. I LOVE this little bakery. Come early to get the good stuff, the focaccia here is amazing and so is the bread. I've gotten the sourdough and olive sourdough and it is *chefs kiss*, especially when it's right out of the oven. I'm not sure how they get the bread texture so chewy and springy. Their baked goods are good too and always on rotation, I've liked everything I tried. There's a teeny parking area but it's always been available when I come. This bakery is absolutely amazing. Everything they make is so fresh! I did the sourdough workshop and learned a lot. I come here multiple times a week. I love the different types of pastries and that they all aren't laced with sugar. I never get bored of their selection. The foccacia is amazing. Sometimes when I go at 8am, they do not have any yet. That is my only constructive criticism is to make the foccacia available in the morning! The cinnamon roll is to die for and has a kind of sour icing. Wow! read more

Wow this was awesome. We were actually driving by to a different bakery when we saw a line out the door and decided to try it out. I'm so glad we did--this place is so cute and had incredible baked goods. I got the strawberry galette and banana chocolate chip muffin. My bf got a brownie, lemon pound cake, chocolate chip cookie, honey biscuit and the banana chocolate chip cookie (major sweet tooth guy). The strawberry galette was insanely good!!! Everything else is delicious too. I also love how you can watch them baking behind the counter while you're waiting in line. Keep in mind that there's no indoor seating so it's best as a grab and go place but that's what I like about it. So glad we found this place! read more

Fantastic local bakery with delicious pastries and fresh bread. Friendly and welcoming environment with a cheerful staff. There is limited space inside so plan on enjoying your fresh pastry at one of the barstools outside. It can get a little busy on weekends so I recommend getting there early if there is a specific item you want to try. They don't offer coffee (yet), but often have pop-ups from local coffee shops on the weekends (East Pole is just down the block as well). My personal favorites are the everything bagels and cinnamon rolls. read more
