Home buying and selling was a daunting task I wanted to avoid for years but desperately needed the space so I started the process with a call to a lending company, who then recommended Julia. Having a good realtor and lending agent made all the difference in the world in a hot market like we have here. The open, honest and quick communication between all parties made negotiations easier; and gave me peace of mind during the craziness that was my first deal in selling my home and trying to buy one at the same time. If I didn't have Julia and my lending officer to vent to and get insight from I would've given up the process in the first week because running a busy household and trying to wrap my head around real estate and packing was exhausting.
