The timid little dog has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and his behaviour with other dogs. Jacqui told us in her professional opinion that he could be walked off the lead and she was right. She sent us loads of video and told us how she managed him off the lead. His recall is brilliant and we've worked on the building blocks she gave us. He even eats better now. I don't have a car, so transporting animals is out of the question (we occasionally get the bus to the vets but that is a bloody nightmare I can tell you.) Luckily Ingliston Cattery offers a 'Pet Taxi' service! They come to my flat at a specified time and pick up The Cat then deliver her back when I'm home from my 'holidays' (when did going home become my holidays?!) Admittedly the timing/communication on a few of these pick ups and drop offs has been a little off, but overall it's been fairly good. The Cat comes back in good shape, well fed and usually in decent mood. I am generally updated in great detail (sometimes too much detail...I don't keep track of her 'leavings' they do...) My continued custom speaks for itself!

However returning from our holiday we found that our bunnies have done extensive damage in a room. I did a walkthrough and left instructions prior and made it clear what areas the pets were allowed and they were not to be left unsupervised. The room they wrecked was a no-go zone and they must have been left alone for quite a while as they chewed all the way through the carpet in more than one location along with other items. Will have to replace them all and all I got was a sorry with no qualms about taking the full amount of money for the pet sitting. Avoid!
