They offer discounted packages that provide great savings to already reasonably priced services. Heather's acupunture skills and diagnosis are top notch. And with in-house massage, yoga, Chinese herbs and Ayurvedic products, it makes this place not only a one-stop shop, but holistic in their approach to health. Fortunately that meant I was prescribed weekly massage as part of my recovery for a knee injury and sciatica. I worked with Caitlin and she is amazing. Super targeted and effective, I feel like a lot of underlying tightness was addressed and my body's circulation and mobility are now much improved. Honestly the best masseuse I've ever worked with. Before I returned to California, Heather made sure I had a good supply of Chinese herbs so my body could continue to resolve its issues. That really helped since I live in a rural area. Altogether, I am really happy with the quality and price of services here. Everyone was super friendly for the 5 weeks I sought treatment here and I will definitely come back if I find myself in SLC again. I wish you guys the best. Thank you for taking good care of me and helping me move forward with my health.

Under Heather's excellent care I resolved a life-threatening health problem in a matter of weeks and we were able to get my chronic pain issues under control. Heather's knowledge of herbal remedies is extensive and she is diligent about continuing her education in this area and in all the other disciplines the practice provides. Our whole family attended yoga classes at the clinic and we all enjoyed them immensely as well as improved our strength, flexibility, balance and focus. Stephen is especially generous with his time and his affection when teaching our teenagers. Highly recommended. Especially for those who have reached the end of their options with western traditional medicine.

He explains what he's doing, speaks softly, and has a true gift for releasing pain and helping you relax so deeply you fall asleep on the table. The problem is his boss, "Dr" Sun. She routinely barges in, snaps at him in Mandarin, and shatters the peaceful environment he works so hard to create. During my last visit, after less than 20 minutes on the table, she stormed in multiple times complaining that he needed to get to other patients. He had just placed deep needles in my neck to treat severe headaches, and I slipped into a deep, therapeutic sleep. I woke up in sharp pain to find Dr Sun yanking needles out of my neck. I literally yelled, "What the F are you doing?" Master Lii has never caused pain removing needles; in a few seconds she destroyed the 30-40 minutes of careful work he'd done. Then she rushed me off the table, insisted my time was up (significantly short of the 45-60 minutes I've always had), and still made sure I paid for a session that left me worse than when I arrived. She's greedy. That's why she wanted me off the table, for another patient. She didn't care that I'd waited 30 minutes beyond *my* scheduled appointment. I later wrote her a letter expecting at least an apology or explanation. I got nothing. That silence tells you everything about how little she respects her patients or her own staff. Bottom line: Master Lii is an exceptional practitioner: calm, kind, skilled, and deeply respectful. "Dr" Sun is an angry, greedy owner whose interference actively harms the quality of care. If you go, insist on Master Lii and make it clear you do not want "Dr" Sun involved in your treatment. As much as I value his work, I won't be returning until he's in his own clinic--when that happens, I'll happily make the drive again.
