I suppose one would expect this from a company who requires membership to use them. If they were able to do what they promise, market themselves on, and communicate to you they wouldn't require a membership-- you'd just come back. Lots of turnover. Lack of care for your needs. No privacy with medical conversations. Lack of integrity. Again, Just would not recommend at all.

After my initial visit, I can see firsthand why the reviews were so good! I'm a little skeptical of chiropractors in general because I've had my own experiences where you could tell that they had no intention of helping me, they just wanted to me to come in every week and take my money, and they never gave me useful info to take home so I could also help myself. Despite my skepticism, I went in and had an adjustment because I was experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort. Several hours later I feel SO MUCH BETTER! The best part about my visit was the fact that he didn't tell me that I needed to come in once a week for the rest of my life in order for this pain to go away. Dr. Vance was kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable about my adjustment! I also didn't know that wanting them to obtain a prior authorization and bill my insurance was "wanting everything for free." We tried Dr H at Iron Mountain on a whim and it was a relief to find someone who took time to hear about the problem, asked follow up questions, and explained what he was going to do. He had good recommendations for follow up care. A few weeks later, when I injured my lower back, I went for a visit myself. Dr H was super patient, explained why I was feeling pain where I was and gave me a simple at home treatment plan after an adjustment. He works well with children and adults.
