Cool little shop we always hit up when in Chattanooga. They have a range of vintage clothing, mostly 80s, from T-shirt's to poufy sleeve dresses. Jewelry, shoes, and purses are also abundant. The prices are pretty decent too. Definitely check it out when you are shopping and playing on River St! read more

Located within the original North Chattanooga radius, this store has vibrant dresses from the 60's, corduroy pants from the 70's, and rock t-shirts from the 80's. And in my house, 'tis the season for vintage cowboy boots which I found! read more

This place was everything we expected and more! We had so much fun exploring and looking at all the lcrazy odd and ends. Staff was so fun and friendly! We had such a blast...and I may have spent over my limit. But how can I not when they had such a great selection of vintage tees for such reasonable prices, shirts from the 50s -70s for $9.99-$12.99 overall would definitely be back!! read more

Extremely surprised this awesome shop hasn't been reviewed yet This is an awesome little shop full of vintage and quirky clothing and surprisingly affordable prices. The owners are fun and funky too. I always try to check in when I'm in the area, it's one of those places where you truly never know what you'll find there day to day. I really enjoyed this store and have recommended several times. Waiting to have the opportunity to going back. You'll find a vast array of everything. Clothing, one of a kind finds, souvenirs for Chattanooga (not the normal run of the mill type), candies, books, cards, stationary and so much more. A great place to visit. You will not leave without buying something. Low prices and maybe up to moderate. Helpful and knowledge staff. Maybe you want to know more about anything a certain product? Store interior has an old school or original vibe of Frazier Ave. Not the newer completely renovated places. Only a few are left. A must go to if you are a local or visiting. Established in 2009.

We opened our first location at 3933 St. Elmo Avenue in 2009. Since then we have opened and closed and (opened again) a special events warehouse space and a second store at 133 Frazier Avenue. But in 2015 we merged our existing stores into the one store we operate now: 40 Frazier Avenue! Come shop with us and see what all we have to offer!

Meet the Business Owner: Sondra A.

My name is Sondra and with my husband Travis, we started Collective Clothing. We have been interested in vintage clothing since we were teenagers and have been shopping as a team for the last 15 years. We do a majority of our shopping in the mid-west and go where ever the job may take us. It's our privilege to bring unique and often obscure variety of clothing and accessories to Chattanooga. The only thing I didn't like was the baked goods. I purchased a sourdough. It had caraway which is similar to rye and I do not like rye. I did however like the croissants I purchased but on the flip side the five cookies were meh. So more was bad than good. The other vendors I purchased from were wonderful. Eggs, bone-in pork chops, ground beef , dog treats (chicken claws) three types of greens, arugula, Bibb and romaine, and a frozen chicken were some of the things I purchased. I did notice only one vendor had fruit, strawberries, which sold out quickly. The next time I go I hope there is more to choose from. I will definitely return.

As I started making a pile of them for a school play, the lady brought me a buggy. The sweet cashier even gave me a discount for buying 18 of them. Pop's and Granny's Saved the Day and the Play! I wish my photo of the store didn't turn out so blurry. I may drive back over there after the play to show the folks how they helped all the kids look good. :D
