So I do not donate to Goodwill any longer. There are three stand out employees, Hannah and Daniel and a little African American woman with longer hair that brings out the carts. Those three make this store. I still go in there but I've been disappointed lately with the selection.

I pointed this out to the manager and she said it was a brand new unit that's why it was priced accordingly. The unit is not brand new and the M5's were discontinued several years back. I wish they would stop trying to sell stuff to people who don't know anything about what they're buying and try to pawn it off as something that it's not. Do not buy this unit until you find out if you can get the plug to replace what is broken. When you tell somebody something is brand new that should be the truth not false. If you don't know what you're talking about then don't say it. Lana is the manager here and she shouldn't be telling people that things are brand new when they're not.
