I found so many great items with prices better than what you see in your typical furniture store. You can get high quality furniture that is like new for a discount. We have shopped and purchased from this store since we moved into this area in 2008. I love this store and Chris and Erin are terrific to deal with...always willing to work with you on the prices. We furnished a beach condo which was sold and now working on a home nearby. If you wait long enough you will find the piece you need, at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I have had similar experiences to other reviewers here that have consigned their goods to this location. I moved out of state in March, consigned many lovely items. Called at the end of April and found that several of them had sold, gave them my new address, and waited for a check. No check. Called again 2 weeks ago, "oh your check is right here, I just printed it out. $615. Will mail it today." Still no check. Called twice today during business hours, and no one is picking up. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!! I consigned many items on one day and later found they misrepresented the amount they were selling the items for. Chris is rude, acted annoyed and disinterested when I questioned the prices on the tags as opposed to the price on my invoice. They also left items off of my copy of the itemized list. I took several items that were approved by one owner then after paying to have them delivered to the shop, they were rejected by the other owner. DO NOT CONSIGN WITH THIS STORE!!! read more

When ever we've been there we always feel as though Erin has taken our best interest to heart. She has a nice collection of various type of furniture and pricing is very reasonable so it's always fun to pop in and check the selection out. Do not consign your items with these rip off artists. It's fine if you are purchasing from them, but don't consign your items. They quoted me far less, than they priced tagged the actual items. They lower prices and negotiate, immediately, before the dates that their contract stipulates that they are to lower pricing, (they are not to lower pricing for 30 days). They sent me a statement but negelected to include an item priced tagged at $260 but apparently sold at $200 less than a week after I consigned it. I pointed this out to Chris the owner and he responded with a price list of the lower prices they originally quoted, but a friend took images of the actual price tags and the pricing was higher on the tags. They, apparently, sold an item for a very low price and they hadn't even quoted me a price on it, before they sold it. I bet they sold it for much more. At this point, I am ready to call a charity and have them pick up the remaining items. Don't trust these people they are disreputable thieves. Do yourself a favor and sell them yourself, on Craigslist, or find a reputable dealer. I am disgusted. I don't know how they are still in business. I am ready to consult with an attorney on principal. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

We consigned our furniture with Collective Consignment based upon good online reviews. Seem to be a nice family, however We were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unwillingness to pay us after our furniture was sold. We received payment after going to the location in Bonita on two occasions. They are very good and keeping records and collecting payments on furniture sold but forwarding the money to the owner was non existent. If you have the time to keep track of your furniture sales and collecting your money .... this place is for you!! read more

Don't let the outside facade of this business fool you. It is quite large and filled with a wonderful assortment of furniture and accessories in great condition. I highly recommend them if you are selling. The split is generous and they price the furniture well. We sold a sofa and love seat, cocktail and end tables, and a complete dining set. It all sold very quickly and we received our check quickly. Great people to do business with! read more

Not only has it been nice to get to know the owners but I have had the best luck in buying quality furniture. I'm always amazed at the unusual things I can find with the best prices! Everyone is very easy to work with and helpful when it comes to decorating ideas. I've also consigned some of my things with them and have had great results both selling and receiving my payment. I love this store and all the money it saved me. I found the perfect dining room chairs and I paid less than what one chair would cost me new. They've been in business 15 years and it's clear they know what they're doing. Chris is awesome and all his workers are great too. The size of the store - expanded several times over the years is great! The pricing and selection is fabulous. I'm new to the area and checked out many consignment stores and this is my favorite! I consigned my items with these thieves. They picked up my items and never sent my check as well as took the deduction for donating the remaining items. I tried contacting Chris Sietz the owner and his phone is always set on Fax and when they pick up they always deflect to their other store personnel. I find that as a permanent resident, they take unfair advantage and think that this won't get posted. Yes they have some nice items at good deals cause they don't pay their clients for selling their items. I would avoid doing business, perhaps this will deter others from supporting an unethical business owner in a nice town like Bonita Springs. read more
