I also have learned better hair habits for at home, like the importance of investing in good products to maintain the work done in the salon. I am very disappointed. I was very excited after speaking on the phone with the boss who said I would " leave the salon blonde forsure!!" After I had told her. My last salon horror story. I have a baby so schedule appts. Can be hard. I get there and the girl is very rude to start of with doesn't ask how my days is anything you know the usual hair dresser small talk. She gave off a very cold vibe. all she did was say I'm gonan do a test strip. 20 min later without talking to me once. She took it out and began yanking on my hair. I swear she was trying to break it!! She said she wouldn't do my hair and I needed to wait 6 months before doing anything to it. Also made a snarky remark of. You can get another opinion I guess but I don't think you should do your hair and then just said okay you can leave now sorry I'm not touching your hair. . In such a bad tone. I never write reviews but she was so mean!! I went to the salon in the same plaza about 10 stores to the left. Showed them the test strip they felt it looked at it. Booked me an appt that same day and I came out looking beautiful blonde with NO breakage. I think the girl Lindsay just didn't feel like doing my hair that at the hair collective. Beth and her staff are incredible! Not only is the salon clean and well spaced out, she is very accommodating with appointments. They are also family friendly, I was able to hAve my hair trimmed along with my 2 yo daughters with booking only a couple days before.
