Great spot to grab a beer. Lots of taps representing quite a few beer types. Tried a couple new ones and was not disappointed. Bartender was friendly, helpful and speedy. Highly recommend the ale brined? chicken fingers. Very moist and tender with a better than most seasoned breading. The parking, like most of downtown Champaign, is coin or app pay. It can be tough finding a spot in the parking lot market nights. read more

We finally made it to Collective Pour for a beer and Smith Burger Co. burger. Nice atmosphere and a nice selection of beers. I had the Love Gun cream ale. This place is so cool! Not sure why it took me so long to visit here, but they have a crazy selection of beers, cocktails, and other drinks. They have plenty of seating options and the vibe is really cool. Prices are relatively reasonable. You can try different drinks before ordering. I highly recommend this place! read more

I'm surprised it's taken me this long to review this bar considering how much my fiancé and I love this bar! They have themed nights it seems at least once a week where you can get expensive bourbon/whiskey/scotch for a really reasonable price or where they sell tickets to a tasting. The owner is extremely friendly and super personable. My fiancé personally loves hearing all about different alcohol and Samir and his staff are so knowledgeable about their products! That being said they're also extremely welcoming, I find that places such as this bar can be a little pretentious and not so friendly to new comers or people who may not have an interest in those types of drinks, but not here!! Even if bourbon isn't your drink of choice I can promise they have amazing cocktails and great food, there is definitely something for everyone here! read more

Along with Pour Bros, this is the newest beer bar in downtown Champaign. It is a big open bar area with garage doors that open to the street side. There are plenty of TV's, long bar, lots of tables. A bit of a sterile vibe, but still comfortable. The bartender was great, very informative, knowledgeable and quick. There is a pretty extensive beer list, I didn't count the taps but about 30. Several Riggs offerings, Founders Dirty Bastard, 21st Amendment. There is a small snacks menu. The jumbo pretzel is certainly huge with good dipping sauces, and the fried pickles are great. Simple pub junk food that is good and tasty, though not extensive. A good spot to have a beer and a snack for an Illini game. A place that is comfortable with good small bites, good beer, and good service. Can't ask for much more. read more

My husband and I came here "just for 1 drink" and of course had several. Marcus was our server & he was AWESOME. Super inventive even though it was busy, gave lots of great recommendations, and got us excited to try new things. If you have too many drinks (like we did) I recommend their Salt & Pepper Fries. Visited the new bar in town prior to its grand opening. It had a very nice selection of beer to choose from as advertised. The beer itself wasn't too pricy and was pretty good. The snacks however were super over-priced. Almost $10 for a few cheese curds? I could probably get a meal with that over at Esquire. Definitely a place to go if you have some money to spend or family is in town. read more

Loved the ambience. Good selection of beer. They have some spirits available as well! Also some table snacks. I think the pricing is fair :) My favorite part was the ambience and how the overall interior is. There's a wide open area at the entrance (for summer, I believe) where there are two tables outside. I wish I didn't have to give any stars. A group of us decided to check this place out after spending a few hours at the October fest downtown on Saturday. They were very short handed. Bar tender was rude. Ordered "bar" food, waited an hour and they finally brought it out only to bring out the wrong food. I was charged for a large drink and only received a 5oz drink. When I asked for a refund on the food, 2 different employees were very rude about. One telling me no and the other grudging doing it. No apologies, just complaining that they got too busy. Well, there was a huge event going on right outside your business, what else would you expect. We definitely won't be back. read more

Came in earlier this week to try it out. Great space and atmosphere with 60 beers on tap, delicious food, and friendly and knowledgeable staff . Featured an eclectic selection of craft Illinois and Midwestern beers that you don't find at most bars. Also highly recommend the pickle fries. read more
