BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from these people. We were…read moretotally ripped off and lied to! to buy a very expensive ( according to them right? ), light fixture from these people sold a bill of sales and that's about all we got. We live out of state and had to have the item shipped to us. I assure you we WOULD NOT HAVE purchased an item this expensive had we been made aware it was all sales final with no returns!!! OMG!!! They won't accept returns for an item that is broken / defective and not what they said it was. "an Italian item". When we recieved the light, no paperwork, no authentication nothing but the lamp...and one of the arms to the fixture was cracked and would not hang correctly. They "had our number" once they found that we out we were out of towners....so dumb of us!!!( omg I'm just ill !) They didn't send the canopy to hang it with in the first box. ( sent later ) so I had to have my electrician run and buy one to make due until he saw the arm messed up. Once I did research on this "one of a kind "Italian" ( bulsh!) lamp that we have extra parts for in the back", I find we paid 1 1/2 times! what I could have gotten online!! I'm embarrassed and sick that we got taken as badly as we did. I put it on my Chase credit card and have been disputing it since JULY!!! These guys are fast pushy fast talking *****'s. I never want to see them or their store again and I want to warn others to stay away. They have ruined our vacation time memory and wasted so much of our time disputing this piece of crap. I'm just sick. Run away as fast as your feet can take you. It's not worth looking at one item in their rip off store. On a good note...we've bought another chandelier from a reputable company and hung it where we wanted this "junk of bad experience" to hang. Our new light fixture looks perfect and brings joy! There's my silver lining.

Alice was so helpful and found me the perfect frame at a good price too! Over the next couple months I found several non-valuable pieces of art: A poster I bought on the street in Italy, an old print that my husband had from decades ago, a piece of art my young son did in the middle school art class, Xerox copy of an original architects drawing.... I took them all in and Alice helped me find the perfect options for each one. Frames that matched beautifully, the right type and color of mat, even the right type of glass, or not glass, as the case may be. Every single piece worked out beautifully and I was so excited to hang them all in the place as I had chosen. I highly recommend framers workshop for their expertise, creativity, amazing customer service, really fair prices and general kindness.

The piece was so large it stretched their limits but they found a way to make it look outstanding! They offered advice on glass type, matting & frame construction. A pleasure to work with. I wish it was lighter out because the grounds looked amazing to walk through. We were able to find the Calf Barn without issue and parking was right next to it. The building itself had original elements but also modernized and the room had a nice rustic/comfortable feel. Single stall bathrooms were by the front door and were updated. A kitchen sink and cabinet was also in the room to the side. The presentation went well and the room was big and airy. Perfect space for a wedding! Cannot wait to go back and visit the museum!

The staff is very friendly, and knowledgable, and very willing to help if needed. I was slightly turned off by the photographer fee of $50.00 a day, especially since we only had a 45 minute shoot, but the pictures turned out beautiful and my friend was happy. I would like to be able to shoot there more, but knowing if have to add a steep shooting fee to the shooting cost is a big deterrent to my willingness to come back to shoot again, even though it's a beautiful place for pictures.

I always…read morepaid for my appointments, tipped generously, and recommended him to many friends and family. Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion. Ben had to cancel our appointment because the shop was having HVAC issues, which I completely understood. I wasn't upset about the cancellation at all. I simply called afterward to ask if there was another appointment available later that day because my daughter is leaving tomorrow morning and we were hoping we could still get our tattoos. Instead of simply saying there wasn't another available time, I was met with a rude and confrontational attitude. He immediately brought up past rescheduled appointments and spoke to me as though I had done something wrong just for asking if another time was available. The tone of the conversation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Afterward, he sent me text messages claiming I had canceled "8 or 9 times" over the past year, which I strongly disagree with. I apologized for any inconvenience my past reschedules may have caused and explained that I wasn't calling to complain--I was only asking if there was another available appointment. When I asked about the $100 deposit I had left with him, he told me he intended to keep it because of those alleged cancellations. We had never agreed that my deposit would be forfeited under those circumstances. Rather than continue arguing, I simply replied, "Keep it with you. No problem." What disappointed me wasn't the $100. It was being spoken to with disrespect after years of being a loyal customer. I had trusted Ben with my sleeve, always paid my appointments, tipped well, and recommended him to many people. Despite that history, he ended our conversation by telling me to "have the day you deserve," followed by "Having a great day so far ." Ben is a talented artist, but professionalism and respect matter just as much as talent. Sadly, after today's experience, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend his business.
