I had a piercing emergency (the end of my jewelry came off and was nowhere to be found) and called Tit 4 Tat to see if they could replace it, last minute, right before the shop closed on December 23rd. Amanda was an absolute ANGEL and kept the shop open for me fifteen minutes after their last customer!!! The replacement took 5 mins tops, and Amanda was super professional, understanding, and overall seemed nothing short of a lovely person. The website has all the information about what you need or the procedures and protocols. We knew ahead of time exactly what to expect. I've gotten my thirds done here twice now because I had them removed for awhile and they closed up. Got my ears pierced a second time somewhere else and ended up going back here for her to replace the bad jewelry they gave me at the other place to beautiful studs that really lower the pain when I sleep on my sides. Highly recommend getting your piercings done here. My ears are very swollen from the other place and I'm sure after a few weeks with these longer studs in my ears they can finally begin to heal correctly!! read more

My daughter and I got our Cartilage pierced by Amanda. She was great! The studio was very clean and Amanda was so kind. She took tons of time to explain aftercare. I somehow lost my backing on a Saturday night and was terrified that my earring was going to fall out. I contacted her on Saturday night and she responded within minutes. I have gotten two tattoos here and I will say that Melissa is talented and I would have recommended this place to everyone until my husband's experience there. He has a tattoo he wants covered up/fixed and when I got my last tattoo there Melissa agreed to take a pic of it and draw something up (which we paid a fee for). She said to give her a week or two to draw something up....a month later we hear from her and go see what she came up with. My husband made an appointment to have it done about a week or so later. My husband is a paramedic and ended up having to cancel the morning of the tattoo appointment (his appointment was at 1pm). Due to his line of work he cannot make many phone calls (or email, text, twitter or facebook) while working because he is saving lives and he starts early in the morning so he had to leave a message saying he couldn't make the appointment and that we were going on vacation in a couple of weeks so he would call back to make an appointment for the next month. My husband received a text back full of expletives about how rude he is for cancelling last minute and how he did it on purpose. I would post the exact text but they would probably not post my review due to all the bad language. I understand that he cancelled last minute but it couldn't be helped and the language and accusations in the mile long text Melissa sent was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. And by the way....although it is 2018 not EVERYONE communicates through text, twitter and facebook!!! Maybe if you cooled down and made an actual phone call to myself or my husband about this issue we could have had a civilized conversation about this and probably would have compensated you for the cancellation with a deposit toward the future tattoo and you would still have 2 customers and countless referrals......instead we will never be back or refer you to anyone. read more

Tit 4 Tat was recommended by a friend. I had no doubts that I would be pleased with the end results but I was blown away. The tattoo was for my partner as a Christmas gift.The idea was simple enough but Melissa showed us a few sketches and gave us options She was very meticulous in making sure everything was correct and that each step of the process was understood. Being new parents, we had our 7 week old son in tow and they were so accommodating through breast pumping, baby feeding, baby cries and even a baby change. The studio is a mix of burlesque and rock roll and impeccably clean. I was blown away by the level of hospitality and consideration we were given. We are lifelong customers now. It was an adventurous start to the New Year and Tit 4 Tat made it an easy journey. The girls are knowledgeable and make sure that you leave understanding proper and safe after care as well as what to expect as your tattoo heals. The final result was beyond what either of us imagined and being able to share that experience with our son was awesome! Not every family outing is watching Dad get a tattoo but for us it's a lifelong memory that we will cherish forever. Dad's first tattoo...and we all got to be a part of it! read more
