They have treated our lawn on-and-off over the years. They call ahead letting us know when the lawn…read morewill be treated and leave signs on the lawn when it is. They seem fair priced and appear to have courteous staff. Mostly good results if you take it upon yourself to cancel treatments when it will obviously hurt the lawn (an example is during a dry spell where the lawn is brown). This year I didn't cancel the scheduled fertilization of our lawn in July. It was obviously not the time to fertilize over a brown lawn yet they did anyway. When it started to rain again we have major patchwork of moss that replaced the grass. It is probable this occurred from there treatment based on the fact that we only have one half of our lawn treated. The untreated half looks fine - the treated half looks very patchy with moss instead of grass. We contacted them after several different people and phone calls. They did send someone out and offered a to treat for grubs at their normal rate as it 'might' be grubs and left info regarding the causes of moss. We were disappointed with this response. Partial responsibility with a discounted grub treatment would have been acceptable. The info left did not indicate grubs. They are going to continue to treat our lawn on the normal schedule at the normal price. The grass is slowly filling in. I hope they can take this feedback and consider in the future to take partial responsibility. We wanted a plan of action with some partial discount. For typical lawn treatment they do an over all good job. Just be sure to pay attention to scheduled treatments during drought and ask them prior if the lawn should be treated.
