Shaun said that would cost an extra $50.00. I then realized that we were getting scammed. We settled for him to cut that large branch and leave it and I would take care of it. During the estimate I also ask to keep any larger limbs for firewood to reduce the cost. They did not have a chipper and were clipping branches down and placing in a dump trailer. They mentioned many times that the trailer was getting full and could not carry anymore. They seemed way to tired and were behaving like my children when asked to do yard work. The Father who was on site kept on second guessing Shaun which became very uncomfortable. Not to mention the job not being completed. We settled on a lower price allowing them to leave the rest of the brush at the road. We really were so upset we wanted them to leave. I understand it is a back breaking job. But to show up at 3:30pm after you have landscaped all day working your real business. Boy did we get what we paid for. Please save yourself some money and don't do business with these jokers. It took 2 weeks to get a response informing me that RGE gives them directions. I'm not sure if those directions say, "don't take debris with you to the road.".
